Halloween Weekend 2015.Posted Nov 9, 2015
One of two elevators working. Daughter had reaction to pool experience. When I inquired re: pool chemical composition, they had no clue but they did get back to me. They had no benedryl for sale.. Front desk had no idea how to get to 24 hour store to get needed antihistamines. Chair was missing in my room. When I asked, they brought up a banquet chair. Requested same floor as other family I was traveling with....denied. Woburn has much work and training to accomplish.

Should not be a Best Western PlusPosted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: Convenience to Minuteman park
Cons: Maintenance and management. Besides the problems with our rooms, 1 of the 2 elevators wasn't working and the swimming pool heater was out for two day
We arrived at about 3:20 P.M. Check-in is listed as 3:00. We went to the 1st of 3 rooms we were given. The room smelled strongly of some cleaner. I knelt down to feel the carpet and my knees got soaked. The carpet was wet all over. The maintenance man told us he had just shampood the carpet. We asked at the desk for another room. We waited at least a half hour before we were given another room. After using the toilet it would not stop running. We noticed the room only had a desk chair. This was a 2 bed room like the first room we were given which had 2 chairs. My wife requested another chair for the room. She was told that the rooms were furnished as is and there could not have another chair. I went back to the desk and requested strongly to have another chair. After some argument, they consented to give us another chair. At this point, we went to the car to get our luggage. When we got back to the room, the room key would not work. I returned to the desk to get another key. This key did not work either. Returning to the desk for a new keycard they said maybe there was a problem with their key card machine. I returned to our room and the newest keycard did not work either. The desk clerk came and had difficulty opening the door. She theorized that the battery was weak. By this time we should have been offered some compensation for the inconvenience but there was nothing. The 3rd room (1 1/2 hours after arriving) was O.K. with 2 chairs.

Reasonable hotel close to interstate.Posted Oct 21, 2015
Pros: Location, attached bar/restaurant, room size and comfort.
Location: A few miles outside Boston on the I 93 it is within easy reach of several towns of Historical interest and a good base for drives to take in the Fall.
Hotel is close to Interstate, making travel straight forward, other than the terrible road congestion around and in Boston. Room good, comfortable and kept clean throughout our stay. One downside, only one lift working, which caused a few waits for the lift at times.

Good for visiting BostonPosted Oct 15, 2015
Pros: Location is ok, quiet rooms, easy to get into Boston North station using the Lowell Train Line, use Anderson/Woburn station which is 10mins from Hotel
Cons: Slightly dated decor but nothing too troublesome
Used on 2 occasions, both times pleased with our stay. Free courtesy minibus which took us to nearby Anderson/Woburn station (Lowell train line) which has hourly trains into Boston North Station, really handy for trips into city without having to drive. Just phone the hotel to come pick you up from the station (10min wait for us) Decent breakfast, good coffee, swimming pool (not used during my stay) Friendly helpful staff, clean tidy rooms, quiet and comfy beds. Will use this hotel again.

Nice hotel, large bedroom and shower, OK breakfast. Indoor pool was not heated (was freezing cold). They had free fresh cookies for snacks.

Quality is slippingPosted Oct 9, 2015
I stay at this hotel often because of the wonderful restaurant Waxy O'Connor's right next door and easy access to Highway. My last two stays were not ideal. This stay included a long check in as the clerk was under trained (but polite) and shower was terrible. Water temperature fluctuated and one elevator was out of service making a long wait to get to room. There are many good things about the hotel, but this stay I was not impressed.

Hotel ReviewPosted Oct 5, 2015
Hotel was nice. The restaurant attached was terrible. Food came cold when asked to take care of only one thing came back barely warm rest of meal was cold. Also booked a king size bed but when we got there they said they were sold out don't know how that could happen since reserved room weeks before.

overnight stayPosted Oct 4, 2015
Pros: It was clean and had a convenient location
Cons: in need of cosmetic updates
Location: Boston Harbor and maritime museum. Salem, MA
older hotel needs some upgrades, but was clean. Left during a torrential downpour and staff allowed people to just leave their cars parked under canopy preventing those of us leaving from loading our cars and staying dry while doing so. Staff really seemed to be indifferent to the situation.

Convenient hotel but nothing fancyPosted Sep 26, 2015
Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Quality of fittings etc
Conveniently located near the highway, breakfast was alright but nothing fancy, rooms and facilities a little worn. Decent gym. Friendly staff.

Conveniently locatedPosted Sep 25, 2015
Cons: Could use updating, esp. the bathrooms.
Location: Good location.
This hotel is average. The location is perfect for me. Clean, pleasant but not outstanding in anyway.
