Standard courtyard Marriott.

Convenient location and parking. Room is clean and nice maintained. The front of the building was still under the construction during day time but didn't affect us at all. The water flow was slow at the peak time.

Great hotel in good location

Pros: The location and quick service.
Cons: To include free breakfast.
I just spent one night in this hotel and it was quite good. It is comfortable and has small, but great gym.

Hotel mechanical and customer service issues

Its a typical Courtyard by Marriott hotel and room. Unfortunately they were having issues with the hot water heaters and had to take showers that provided bursts of cold water... not the best hotel experience I've had. Didnt understand how the front desk staff was able to inform my traveling partners of this and give them free vouchers for food and starbucks (because of the inconvenience)and not provide the same offer to me. So not a great customer service experience either.

Please accept my apologies for the issues you experienced with the hot water and for not providing you with the letter upon check in. The hotel is modernizing the hot water system and the project should be complete in the next few weeks. We aim to minimize any interruption to the hot water supply during this upgrade. Once complete, the system will ensure consistent hot water delivery for all guest rooms for the long term.
