Jenna was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. We used some of the guidance she provided during our entire trip. She is an asset to your organization. The staff managing the breakfast service was inattentive and seemed to feel that it wasn't necessary to help guests during the last 30 minutes of breakfast. We had to ask for plates and silverware and fruit and they were busy in the kitchen chatting. Others also expressed concern. Overall: Jenna is a 10; breakfast staff is a 2.

Bed was too small and way too soft. Didn't know that the hotel was 'pet friendly'. Family suffers from pet allergies.

Nice hotel close to Boston downtown

Pros: everything was nice. rooms were exactly as described with a separate TV in bedroom (shows the attention to detail)
Cons: You could provide some non-stick wares in the kitchen.
Excellent facility! Clean, premises, friendly staff, great breakfast, ample parking spots, close to T (subway) although an easy 20 minute drive to Boston downtown, and with a Target, Starbucks, and restaurant, within a short walk.

Convenient location for that atea

Room was fine and large. It was clean and everything was working well. Breakfast just ok and limited gym facility
