Great choice

Got a good rate through Expedia for the weekend but there were no bargains for Thursday so stayed elsewhere. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, well furnished kitchen which we didn't need.

Great stay, was a very nice experience and would come again to this Hotel. Small parking lot so if you come late you might be out of luck for Parking!!

Only issue I had was that I arrived late at night and there were zero parking spaces available. Apparently there is additional parking but it wasn't signed or evident at the time.

Hotel 20 minutes outside of Logan Airport

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Customer service as well as improved communication and follow up.
Upon checkout I noticed I was double billed. I had booked the hotel using a dotcom agency and the hotel charged my card as well. When I called the first time and requested a refund, the night shift agent said he could do nothing. I needed to wait for the day shift agent. When I called the day shift agent he said the requests were processed in the evenings. Because I felt I was getting the run around, I asked for the name of the GM. I was cold transferred to him without any heads up. He confirmed the refunds were processed in the evenings and had no idea whey the first agent could not process the refund. I asked for him to oversee and expedite the process and send me an email. He confirmed my email address and said he would do so. I watched my credit card and email and again received no indication that a refund was being processed. I ended up calling my CC company and disputing the charge...
