“We had reservations set up thru Expedia. We got there and there was a sign on the door ALL ROOMS BOOKED! I called the number on the email confirmation receipt and got voicemail. "Please leave a number and I will call you back." I called at 5p to check on reservations. I called 4 times at 7p when we got there. Finally the voicemail box was full. The front door was locked and no one at the desk. Checkin per the email was from 3p-9p. We finally had to leave because our vehicle and trailer was……

“This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..”
