Ridiculous Deposit Charged

Facilities and staff were fine, but upon check-in I was told I would have to put a $200.00 charge on my debit card to cover for potential damage and incidentals. I found this objectionable, but as I had nowhere else to go, I allowed the charge. In the morning upon check-out, I voiced my displeasure regarding this charge and asked how long it would take to see the charge reversed. I was told that while they would put the reversal through immediately, it would take up to 4 to 5 business days to receive my $200.00 back. This is unacceptable. When I last checked, I was not traveling with a rock band.
