Always my first choice

My second stay at this specific BW and again loved it. My only complaint is my room was next to the elevator so I could hear it and they were renovating the room next to me during the day and it was crazy loud...but when else could they do it.

Best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Feels like home!!

Our stay at the hotel was great from when we checked in thru our entire stay. We were in Virginia because of a family death. Everything from the front office clerk I believe his name was Dianti through the people serving breakfast was flawless!! I would stay at this hotel if we travel to that part of Virginia again. Great staff. amazing breakfast . keep that going

Cons: facelift the rooms
Location: we can can live with the rest .
Great staff. amazing breakfast . keep that going . rooms look tired, very tired. felt like I stepped into 1999 .the tv alone wont do it. need a facelift. . keep that breakfast lady she is very dedicated to her job. you loose her you loose the amazing breakfast.

Ridiculous Deposit Charged

Facilities and staff were fine, but upon check-in I was told I would have to put a $200.00 charge on my debit card to cover for potential damage and incidentals. I found this objectionable, but as I had nowhere else to go, I allowed the charge. In the morning upon check-out, I voiced my displeasure regarding this charge and asked how long it would take to see the charge reversed. I was told that while they would put the reversal through immediately, it would take up to 4 to 5 business days to receive my $200.00 back. This is unacceptable. When I last checked, I was not traveling with a rock band.

Convenient to I-95.

This is the second time I've stayed here this year as I've traveled north on I-95. Friendly staff, fine accomodations, good price.

Clean and convenient to shopping

First night had no hot water for shower. Poor internet service was some better after being moved to another room but still not outstanding at night. Last morning there no hot water again. Breakfast offered each morning pretty sad just plan on going out to local restaurant. Guess for the price it's ok.

Convenient

Breakfast was okay overall but the sausage patties were dry and the eggs had a rubbery texture to them. They were in a circle. Looked like it was frozen then just warmed up.

it took at least 2 minutes for the water to get hot. the wallpaper was peeling and the TV needed to be adjusted it was too dark and we could not adjust it. Breakfast was good and the room was clean
