"Small, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, clean showers, and a shocking amount of storage for luggage and other things. But if you are a light sleeper this isn’t the stay for you, and when they have events on the upper levels they block the elevators off for those guests, so it’s not always easily accessible!"

8/10 Good
"It’s a really nice hotel. The lobby and rooms were great! I love the balcony in the room that overlooks the lobby. The breakfast buffet was standard but good. I ordered food to go at the end of the bar and a cocktail to drink at the bar and both were really good. I did not feel welcomed at that hotel. Besides the woman who took my food order, the staff wasn’t the most helpful or friendly. No one was rude but there was not a smile or actually friendly attitude in sight. Check-in I overheard them talking about getting another job, the bartender was a little bothered that the woman who took my order didn’t offer to take my drink order as well, I can tell the guy in the breakfast buffet wanted me to take mines to go because it was towards the end of breakfast when I arrived (I ate fast and wasn’t the last left btw), my charger broke so I went down to the machine to purchase one (the machine was broken) so I asked the front desk staff for help , they told me to walk to the hotel next door and see if they had something, (as I waited for a charger to be delivered through DoorDash I saw 4 more people tell them the machine was broken and they never put a sign or anything on it), I went for ice and the machines were broken, I went to 3 different floors to actually get ice. Also the computer in the business center was broken. Luckily I had my laptop so I used it in the lobby and had to change seats twice because the ports were broken and wouldnt charger… I spent a good hour wasted."

"Brent is the MAN. He made our stay so wonderful. The check in was fast and easy. Room is obviously pretty small but it’s NYC. It was to be expected."
