Nice hotel close to highway and auto train

Loved everything except the lack of tea bags in the coffee packet. This is discrimination and I think complimentary tea should be available.

EXCELLENT STAFF, STARTING WITH CHANEL!

Pros: The Staff was outstanding.
Cons: The Cafeteria was closed at night during the Holidays. Not good.
Location: Excellent location! Near everything, centrally located.
On these Christmas days finding personnel who are working and are willing to please you all the way it's important.

Pros: Location to highway, food and shopping.
Location: Potomac Mills Mall Other Department Stores (Walmart, Target, etc..) Restaurants
Overall nice Hotel. Every once in while I could hear water draining or running through the pipes.

Bristol closed. Breakfast only had oatmeal and bagels. I got an unwanted 5:30 AM wake up call.

expected better from Marriott

Room was in need of a good cleaning, bedding was great- (except pillows), thermostat kept heating up the room even though it was on cool. I could have overlooked these issues but I couldn't get past the loud foot traffic. There was a LOT of noise from the hallway and surrounding floors! When I complained, front desk staff said they'd take care of it. Issue never resolved. very disappointed.

My apologies for the thermostat not working as you wanted. During this weather, where it is cooler outside than inside, the internal thermometer overrides the "cool" setting, thinking you would prefer heat. I understand how frustrating this is, and am trying to find a solution to this problem.

Nice hotel in a good location

We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. The room was quite comfortable. The location was good. Breakfast was okay. We enjoyed eating dinner at Smokin' Bones restaurant nearby the hotel. K
