The room smelled kinda musty. Needs a few repairs. The elevator button on 2nd floor was broken for the "down". Room is a nice size, really hot water which i loved, nice view. Staff was friendly & helpful.
The customer service was amazing. I feel very comfortable and room was very spacious and clean. Conveniently close to things. I will definitely come back!
It is absolutely incredible that they charge 12 dollars for parking. Nobody told me there was a parking fee. Plus the 125 dog fee is astronomically high. Minor notes: the toilet seat was broken but fixed immediately and the coffee machine did not work. Most of the staff was very friendly but the check in person was not helpful at all. Seem bored.
My room was never serviced during my stay and I wasn’t informed that would be the case. I had to go downstairs to request bath linens. Also was disappointed with the lack of in-room coffee for patrons. There was no creamer or sugar available at all. Having only one food service attendant at the coffee bar was problematic.
