Poor Management in Emergency Situation

Pros: I got a refund for the second night we chose not to stay from expedia
Cons: Just do not stay here. Don't do it folks.
We stayed during an area emergency, the local area lost power. I understand the hotel couldn't do anything about this part. However there were no flashlights in the hotel or the rooms. We had no cell phone battery power. At some point the hotel had glow sticks for the stair well but not once were they offered to any of the guests to use for the rooms or the bathrooms. When I saw them in the morning I asked the manager why they did not provide one to the few guests that had stayed overnight, she quipped "Well we did offer to carry your luggage to the third floor for you". Ma'am that's not what I asked. Instead of using the bathroom in the dark and feeling my medications by size and hand and by guessing, a $1 glowstick would have saved me a lot of heartache. I will never ever stay here, and I would recommend anyone else to never stay here either. Their apparent lack of concern and respect for military and affiliated family lost my respect for this hotel. If you can't even provide a $1 glowstick for your guests to use the bathroom with during a complete power grid black out but you can scatter 20 on the stairwell and down the halls, that just seems like poor customer service. I am pretty sure not having flashlights is against OSHA standards anyway. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Nice hotel with indoor pool n spa

This hotel was very quiet and had a great location. The rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom was my only issue. Sink wasn't clean and used soap left in counter. The pool is a good size for indoor pool. Three to five feet perfect for kids or someone looks to just relax in the water. The hot tub spa was the perfect temperature. The pool are was clean and leads out to a wonderful outside sitting area.

Great hotel

This is about the fifth time I stayed at this hotel. Staff are just great, Rooms clean and comfortable. And staff are very helpful. Not r only this a great place to stay, it is in a very good location. There are lots of place to shop near by, And a great selection of many places to eat. ,I travel using the Amtrak auto train, The train station is very convenient from the hotel. I will be again saying at this hotel my next time to this area.

Awesome Stay

This is my second time staying at this hotel off i 95, exit 158. The staff are very professional and make tou feel welcome. When I go back home I already have another reservations to stay there.

Staff needs customer service coaching/training

Upon check in the staff insisted my reservation was the night before after I showed them my confirmation. I believe if customer has proof and traveled a distance via car they would know their travel dates. I will not stay at a hotel that does not take customers into consideration. They blamed the mishap on expedia.

Awesome Stay

Perfect location- right off the highway and in the middle of some great shopping and food selections. They do need better signs bc the hotel entrance is inside the shopping center. Anywho- the staff was friendly and accomodating. We took full advantage of the pool as well. Would stay there again.

Bad experience

We used this hotel to spend one night as we were driving up to NYC. Service was not good , lady at front desk acted like she didn't want to do her job, offered me the wrong room and then the room keys did not work , very frustrated specially after a 9 hour drive ...
