Great place to stay

Difficult access / Could be cleaner

Pros: staff were very helpful - toilet broke twice and repair person was there in minutes.

The staff were great, nice breakfast every morning, hotel could be cleaner (would touch surfaces that were sticky - door handles, faucets, etc.). The hotel could use updating (shower curtains had a ton of holes and rips in it). In the suit, they only came in to pick up used towels and pull up blankets to make the bed (no change of linens, sometimes would not even replace towels they took). Location can be difficult to get in/out.

Pros: Located near where I needed to go.

Location: Perfect!
The breakfast was sub-par. The tub was old and stained and it looked dirty. The windows let in road and street noise. The drapes are hung in a manner that it lets light filter in above the pinch pleats and the sides of the drapes. The needs to have a Cornice and side returns. The street lights flooded to room. It looked like there were neon lights around the drapes.

Hampton Woodbridge - excellent location & a good

Cons: Bathroom (esp tub) needs updated - that is all.
Hampton Staff was great - check in was a breeze, we even had to cancel one night in advance because of illness and no charge for that night!! We asked for extra towels and got them right away! Good staff, fantastic location abutting a Longhorn Restaurant, with a Dunkin donuts in the shopping Plaza & a McDonald's, plus other stores and restaurants including a huge Walmart made it the perfect place to stop for a couple nights while visiting our daughter and her family in New Jersey/Perth Amboy ... which is 3 blocks away! Only recommendation would be to update bathroom tub - it wasn't so nice, but not terrible....just older. GOOD Stay! I would recommend!
