An overnight stop

We stayed at the Springhill Suites for one night on our way home from Myrtle Beach. The front desk attendant was very nice. The room was large and clean. There is a continental breakfast included.

My new Favorite Hotel

Pros: The security features, especially having to use a room key to access the use of the elevator.
Cons: The breakfast could be more of a buffet. It was good.
Location: Great location for all of the restaurants and shopping nearby. You can walk to several good restaurants and stores.
The staff was very pleasant and really added to an overall great experience. I really liked the security features that include elevator use. This was just a great experience at my new favorite hotel!

Great Experience

I was very pleased with this room and stay. The room I booked was a suite with refrigerator and this was what was provided...no unpleasant surprises. The suite was very clean and boasted a microwave, desk area, and large seating area. The hotel representatives were excellent and professional, the suite was extremely clean and well stocked, and the free breakfast was self serve - but with full breakfast selections. There is a small gym with good equipment and free weights as well as a small indoor pool. I'd say the only negative is that the site is not yet listed in GPS services and pops up as being located on I-95 - so manually map out or locate Crossing Place and follow to the end. A pleasant experience! I would definitely return.

Worst Experience Ever!

Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: Staff who are at the very least understand the need for repairs.
Location: We escaped from this place, therefore, I have no idea.
With the cost of this hotel, at a minimum, you would expect a working toilet and a remote for the television. We did not have either. As soon as we checked in, we advised the staff that the toilet would not flush and that there was no remote. The response that we received was a "promise" to place a requisition. We were forced to dress during the night and take the elevator to the first floor to use a public restroom. We ran out of there the next morning to escape this place and when again advised of the condition of the room, the clerk was only able to muster a weak "I am sorry". The carpeting was damaged, we never were able to use the television and the bed was average at best. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Beautiful hotel, manteinance forgotten

Location: Very good location, a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel area
The hotel look very nice, and have a beautiful decoration in the lobby and rooms. The manteinance of the rooms is really bad (Hangers falling, lamps broken, unused bulbs around the room,....). The cleanliness of the room is also bad, even a roach in the bathroom. Breakfast is fine but breakfast staff is tough. Lobby staff is very helpful and friendly.

Location: Mall and restaurants.
Very nice hotel, close to restaurants, mall, highways. Very convenient.

Modern Hotel close to everything

Pros: Hotel is modern and newly remodeled and staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
Cons: Smell in rooms and bathroom privacy.
Location: Close to lots of restaurants, stores and highway. With close proximity to airports and city.
The hotel is recently remodeled, I would guess, and modern looking. The hotel room had a stale odor to it. Maybe must and/or teenage boy smell. Rooms were very neat and clean. Toilet was separated from shower area but even still, with a sliding door, there was not much privacy when going to the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. This hotel is in the middle of a shopping area and was initially kind of hard to find because it is tucked back behind businesses and stores. It is near a Starbucks and Target, both which came in handy. Also close to the highway with easy access to airports and DC.
