The room was beautiful with the pillars. The beds, pillows and comforters were comfortable. The mini fridge kept making weird noises. Other then that if my elderly mother liked it, then this hotel gets a ten out of ten.
Excellent room, except that it was a handicap-accessible room located as far as possible from the elevator. I can barely walk, so to have to walk that far from the elevator to my room was difficult. I'll know not to ask for the handicap-accessible room next time. However, that was my only complaint. Otherwise, it's fine.
Everything is clean, convenient and comfortable
The staff is friendly and there to help. Just ask.
I have my dog with me and requested a first floor room, I got it. It is also near an exit and my car is right by the exit door. Very convenient.

Very clean and pleasant. Would stay again for sure.
The breakfast here was delicious. Being next to the freeway made it a little bit noisy. The area is great for for food. Walmart, Target and Costco are very close by.
Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool was well kept. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. You couldn’t possibly ask for a better hotel at this price point. It’s easily the best hotel that I’ve stayed at in the Sacramento area, and I’ve been to quite a few before.
Well-located with larger rooms and accommodates pets. Only complaint was no sleep timer on the TV but otherwise on the better end of what you’d expect at this price point.

I paid $150 on Expedia for a "pet friendly" room, only to be charged $75 extra for a pet fee after my stay. Expedia lists Hampton Inn's pet fee at $50 a night, and would have you believe it's included in the price you pay, but that is not so. I will be asking for a partial refund.
I stay the night on January 1st. I checked in late after an incredibly long day driving. The gentleman at the front desk very kind and considerate. He offered to boil me fresh hot water for my tea and was helpful. Honestly, it was the best customer service I've had in a hotel in a long time. It just seemed like he was a kind, caring person. I find you don't get good customer service and most establishment these days and it was really nice to see somebody who cared.
Very good for the price. Clean room with air freshners that had a good clean smell. Very quiet and wifi and tv worked well. Breakfast was ok not the best weve had in a hotel but there were protein options for diabetics...the coffee could have tasted better. Friendly staff...would stay here again.
The property advertised shuttle service from the airport however their shuttle wasn't operating on the day I landed. I was forced to order a taxi to the property which added to the total price.
The hotel was clean and in good condition. It was located in a commercial area near plenty of stores and dining. I appreciated some of the extra touches on the hot breakfast (a flavored waffle option, oatmeal toppings, good coffee, etc.).
My husband and teen child were also happy with our hotel choice.

Dog friendly hotel, this hotel should advertise that the cost for a pet is $75 per night. It is a ridiculous amount and the most expensive by far.
