Pros: Room and Breakfast.
Cons: Please include Christian/Gospel network to your TV satellite.
We liked our stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean, neat bed sheets, and good breakfast. The Wi-Fi worked perfect.

Not enough lighting. Dark rooms. Air conditioning took a long time to chill the room.

Right place...Right price & Excellent ServicesPosted Oct 20, 2015
Pros: The primary "like" is the location, specifically the accessibility to I-695, I-95 and other major highways.
Location: See above.
I have stayed at this Best Western on several occasions. At all times, the staff has been very responsive to my needs. Ms. Alice at the front desk is very pleasant and thorough. I missed seeing her on this stay. The attendant in the breakfast area maintains an excellent eating facility, a well-stocked counter and assist with your every need. My room was very clean and stocked with the necessary linens, soaps and other toiletries.

Horrible HotelPosted Oct 14, 2015
Cons: Remodel and upgrade of facilities
Location: Not a very pleasant location and did not feel safe doing anything in the area.
Disgusting, dirty, dingy hotel. Would never stay there again!! Worst Best Western I have ever stayed at.

Pros: it was quiet
Cons: replacement of hotel products- housekeeping needs to replace items that have been opened and check cleanliness of microwave and refrigerator in rooms
Location: location is great
the staff was great - parking was very limited with the new hotel going in next door and taking a lot of the parking so rude

Decent for the pricePosted Sep 19, 2015
Wish they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. No outlets by the bed to plug items into, had to move lamps around myself to do this.

Want a dumpy room? This is the place!!Posted Aug 28, 2015 on Hotels
Definitely not worth what we paid! The place is advertised as being a 3.3/5 of which I assume most of the positive reviews were early on in this place's career. The place reaked of mildew, the fridge didn't shut, the comforter was covered in hair, and the carpets/chair were stained with who knows what. No microwave and the outlet by the sink didn't work, so we had to brew the coffee on the floor. I'm not one to normally complain and normally stay at places that are cheaper than this. Wish I would've done the same this time. I'd keep looking for somewhere different in the area.

UnpleasantPosted Aug 26, 2015
The sheets were dingy and the furniture was dirty. We kept having to exchange room keys because the locks seemed old and wouldn't work with key card very frustrating.

Nice hotelPosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Near every thing I needed
Cons: GYM, it is a must most people that I know are trying to stay healthy even when they travel
the only problem had was the gym, I work out every day and I could not get the tread milll to work or the bike. There is no where to walk so I depend on the gym for my exercise. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and there was one lady that worked in the dinning area she was wonderful I should have gotten her name , she was allways there to help with your breakfast and keeping everything clean.

Quaint stayPosted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
I'm from the area now residing out of state. So when I come to town I always stay here. Since the renovations the hotel is even better than before
