I love the hotel.

The breakfast staff was especially great--efficient, helpful and friendly.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The only thing that wasn't great is the attitude of the front desk staff. When I called to make sure my parents would have a smooth check-in for their room, the man said he didn't have any record of that confirmation number and was quite rude. Finally I figured out that they don't have the confirmation numbers for hotels.com and that the man I spoke to on the phone, plus the more friendly woman at the front desk the next day, all have bad attitudes towards booking with hotels.com. Because of this in the future I'll probably pay the additional $5 or $10 and not book thru hotels.com. It would be helpful if hotels.com and the hotels, especially Hampton Inn, had a better connection, computer-wise and staff-wise.
