Quiet neighborhood

Posted Jan 31, 2016
The hotel is in a nice quiet on Queens Blvd and is only 10 minute walk to the train and many restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel staff was very accommodating due to the snow storm.

Nice hotel for the price!

Posted Jan 20, 2016
Pros: Clean, decent-sized room with a very comfortable bed.
Location: Very close to the subway!
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel in central Queens. The neighborhood felt pretty safe even walking around alone late at night.

Buona soluzione non troppo costosa

Posted Dec 17, 2015
Comunque tutto sommato buono.

Good hotel with a great location next to subway.

Posted Dec 17, 2015
Pros: price+location
Cons: cleanness
Location: On the purple line towards Manhanttan
Keep on your mind it's 2stars hotel with 2-3stars service no more! This hotel is for someone who wants to stroll all day outside in every weather, and to come back just for sleeping over night. The breakfast area is small, but the service was very good. You can always find other affordable restaurants nearby. The price for excellent for NYC so I would stay there again.

Stadtnähe

Posted Dec 16, 2015

Hotel is as advertised

Posted Dec 5, 2015
Pros: Cost, location and parking
Cons: More attention to detail in cleaning room. Regulating noise from lobby area.
Location: By walking west on Queens Blvd for four blocks, one will find virtually any type of restaurant imaginable at all price levels.
Price quoted by Expedia is what was paid for a three-night stay. Rooms are small but comfortable. There is only one chair, so second person has to sit on bed. Don't stay on first floor or in basement if you can avoid it - it is not uncommon to have loud talking at 3 am in the halls coming from the lobby and breakfast areas which are extremely close to the first floor. Also, walls transmit noise, such as loud talking, from adjacent rooms. Room appears to be clean, but not really clean - stains on furniture and in bathroom are not removed, floor is not completely vacuumed, etc. Bathrooms are not fully stocked - three bath towels for two adults, missing floor mat, one bar of soap for both shower and sink. Breakfast area is extremely crowded and breakfast items, such as coffee, bagels, etc., are depleted quickly, although they are replaced upon request. There also is insufficient seating in breakfast area, so it is best take food items to room. However, if goal is to get a comfortable bed for a reasonable amount of rest, this hotel is just fine.
