I was in room 106. The bathtub was full of rust, the sink was dirty, and so was the mirror. The touchups in the bedroom such as paint looked terrible and so was the floor in the bathroom, were they kind of did a makeshift with tiles. When we arrived for check-in, the front desk employees were not overly friendly, but checking out was even worse. I would not return.

The bathtub had not been cleaned. The window heater was so noisy that I could not sleep. The hotel dinning area was cold and I eventually required my winter coat to finish my coffee. There was no elevator given that there were 3 floors above ground and the dinning area was in the basement. Thankfully my partner could manage the stairs from the dinning area by grabbing the hand rail and pulling himself up each step. The check in time on Expedia was 2:00 but the hotel staff claimed it was 3:00 p.m. We had to be at a funeral at 2:00 in Thamesford.

I hate to rate negative, but a line was crossed on this one, the ladies at the front desk tried to help but when follow through doesn’t happen with house keeping staff you end up with a very frustrated customer, a customer who will not visit this hotel again. 😞

Our itinerary and all emails from Expedia said check-in was at 2pm so we arrived then and they said the room wasn't clean and that check-in isnt until 3pm so we had to find something to do for an hour while they cleaned the room. Breakfast staff was helpful and very kind. Staff are very nice. I just wish we wouldve known that check-in is at 3 instead of being told 2 then having to wait. Otherwise it was a good stay

For the price point, and the location, it is a good value. Easy access to Hwy 401, Room was freezing when I arrived. The heating unit was off. The table lamp and remote for the TV didn't work. The bed was fine, but pillow were lumpy. Hot breakfast items were not hot, room temp best describes it.

This hotel has all the basics, everything is in working order, and was reasonably clean. It is overdue for updates so the price matches the experience. Breakfast was included and was more than I expected with sausages, eggs, make your own waffles, and the usual toast, pastries, coffee and tea. Easy walk to many restaurants and even a Starbucks across the street.

The rooms and beds were as good as many other hotels but the cost per night was very reasonable compared to other hotels. I do not need to pay for hig fancy lobbies or big fancy breakfast rooms.

The TV controls were somewhat ridiculous, actually. But the room was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was adequate but the attendant couldn’t tell me if the food was gluten free. Fruit was very limited.

For a budget hotel, this had everything we needed. The room itself was in need of repair (especially multiple damages in bathroom) although clean. The only significant downfall was the noise - both from within the hotel and the street.

Entire property is in need of renovation. Walls are marked, carpets badly stained, cheap furniture. The couch was stained, the blanket was worn and had holes…breakfast is served in some shady room in the basement and I am convinced there are no proper food handling procedures happening there.
