This is our go to for when we visit friends in Woodstock Ga. Always a great visit. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and perfect for a short stay.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room.The shower was not comfortable for use by non-handicapped people The breakfast was very poor and the coffee undrinkable We ended up going out for breakfast.

Sadly we found that the soundproofing to be totally inadequate. We were woken up by the ice maker being used in the wee small hours, ( in the corridor adjacent to the room,) guests in the next room talking loudly and so much noise coming in from the corridor by inconsiderate guests passing by.

enjoyed my 3 day stay for the most part. ran into manager & explained I would be checking out. 2 housekeepers knocking on my door long before checkout. 2nd housekeeper evidently reported "smokey room!" 3rd visit was manager & she barged in and told me "you have to leave!' Explained I didn't smoke! Totally rude ending and terrible way to start the day! Godd riddance!

Overnight stay
We came for an overnight stay to visit family. We had stayed here before whichbis why we opted to book oir reservation here. The room was clean, it didnt smell of toxic air fresheners which makes your eyes water , and the bed was so comfortable!! I slept.like a log.

Was visiting family for Christmas and as I’m never disappointed I must say that the woman that worked especially on Christmas Day was one of the nicest most pleasant people I’ve ever met She was constantly cleaning with the biggest smile and was so festive it made my trip

The one thing that we found that was very disappointing was the beds, they were extremely firm almost to the point of concrete hard. It made a miserable night for a good night sleep.

It was a very clean and convenient location. The only negative I could see . It advertised breakfast was included but there was not much options for breakfast except cereal and refrigerated waffles to heat up in a microwave.

Not the cleanest hotel or best service...
My fiancé and I stayed two nights and at first it was fine! Room was pretty spacious and clean for the most part. But, upon walking into the bathroom, we noticed hair in the bathtub (we had just checked in), and along the time of our stay, we had spotted small dead cockroaches scattered across the room. Also, the fire alarm went off, and there was no communication about what happened. Also, dont expect a "continental breakfast". It was literally pre-packaged food, a toaster, and a microwave. Also, room service came in the room without knocking while my fiancé was asleep. This was sometime in the late morning. The trip was okay. It was just for 2 days, but dont expect a nice, super clean hotel. You get what you pay for.
