Nice accommodations, spacious room. Would stay there again! Our beds were double size - not queen (which is what I selected on line.). Overall positive experience! Front desk person was friendly and helpful!

First, I reserved a King room and during check in they told me they only had double bed rooms Second, I had to use my pocket knife to lift the shower valve on the tub spout Third, there was no coffee filter tray for the coffee maker in the room so I couldn’t make coffee in my room Fourth, the complimentary breakfast there was not good at all. So overall, it was a place to sleep, all of the other Hamptons I’ve ever stayed at were way better.

The a/c would not cool. Called the front desk go get another room, they said all they had was smoking rooms. Toughed it out for the night. The breakfast was slim picking from a bus load of college kids, poor planning on hotel staff.

Great lobby area, room thermostat trouble working, tub needed some maintenance, chaulking tub spout, but rest of room including beds was fine.

Nice hotel for the price

The price is very reasonable; rooms are spacious; sound proof isn't very good but it's not that bad; internet is better than many other hotels at the same price range; breakfast has meat; overall really good experience.

Leaky and loose faucets, broken trim, squeaky floors with upstairs guest evidently pacing well into the evening when we were trying to get our daughter to sleep. Breakfast ran out of supplies and was mediocre. First staff to greet us was friendly, though.

Good stay

Room was huge and clean. Front desk staff needs to remember to smile and be friendly. Customer service is their job. Breakfast needed a little work. Moldy bananas that never were replaced and oatmeal toppings never refilled.
