Good comfortable hotel. Excellent staff. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn in Woodward the next time in town.

Great hotel!

This hotel is wonderful. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The hot tub is Great! I really enjoyed my stay there.

One night stay

The hotel staff was great, breakfast was on a par with most other hotel breakfasts. The staff helped with any needs and were friendly. My only complaint was that we were on the first floor and when the person above us walked around the floor creaked. It sounded like we were in an old house. He had no shoes on so it was just a loud creak with every step. It wasn't walking noise, more like a wooden floor. I turned the AC fan to ON and that covered the noise. Next time I'll get a 2nd floor room.

Not a good experience

Booked nonsmoking room months in advance got stuck in a smoking room. Woke up to matted eyes because of allergies to smoke. Pillows were crappy. Two bath towels. No one was available to restock breakfast. Not a very good experience!!

Perplexed

The facility was nice. A bit frustrated with the customer service. Most of staff encountered was more interested in using personal cell phone than doing work.

Great Experience

We were in town for a wedding, so we were in and out, was very pleased with the staff, the area, parking, and the free breakfest was excellent.
