Nice hotel for the price

The price is very reasonable; rooms are spacious; sound proof isn't very good but it's not that bad; internet is better than many other hotels at the same price range; breakfast has meat; overall really good experience.

Leaky and loose faucets, broken trim, squeaky floors with upstairs guest evidently pacing well into the evening when we were trying to get our daughter to sleep. Breakfast ran out of supplies and was mediocre. First staff to greet us was friendly, though.

Good stay

Room was huge and clean. Front desk staff needs to remember to smile and be friendly. Customer service is their job. Breakfast needed a little work. Moldy bananas that never were replaced and oatmeal toppings never refilled.

Clean, LARGE room

The entire hotel smelled clean, including the smoking room we had. The room was very large (not a suite), and it was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only things we did not like were the matresses (very hard, unlike other Hamptons we have stayed in), and starting at 11:30pm the fire alarm started going off for short periods of time sporadically through the night.

Avoid this Hampton

Our check in was frustrating. We were exhausted after having been on the road a week already and had to switch rooms 3 times due to the rooms not being cleaned properly. The first room had soaps and bottles from previous guests, the second room had the same and soiled towels from previous guests, despite beingfully stocked for a new guests arrival. It was completely bizarre. We were lucky to get the third room as all they really had left was smoking rooms, which was a no go for our family. The third room was clean but had a broken toilet seat. The girl at the front desk was nice and apologetic and gave me a $15 gift card for subway, but we'll definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

Good comfortable hotel. Excellent staff. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn in Woodward the next time in town.
