This two-bedroom first-floor property is kitted out with a games console and a swinging egg chair outside so you can relax while the kids keep themselves entertained. While in the charming village in the North Devon National Landscape, you''ll be just 400 metres from the beach with an array of eateries and shops on your doorstep. Step inside and settle into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with neutral tones throughout, wooden furnishings and plenty of natural light pouring through the bi-folding patio doors. A comfortable ‘L''-shaped sofa and an armchair sit in front of a Smart TV in the lounge area. Walk past the wooden dining table with four contemporary chairs to reach the sleek ‘L''-shaped fitted kitchen with sparking surface tops. Along the hallway is a family bathroom plus two bedrooms - a king-size with a Smart TV and an en-suite plus a twin room. Outside, you''ll find an egg chair, a sun lounger and two rattan chairs with a coffee table on the glass-fronted balcony. Start your getaway by exploring the onsite facilities which are shared with neighbouring guests - which include a gym, a sauna, a swimming pool and a games room. While staying in Woolacombe, explore the village shops, restaurants and cafes before heading to Barricane Beach (400 metres). Take your four-legged friends for a stroll along the coastal trails to National Trust Morte Point (1.5 miles) or National Trust Baggy Point (4 miles). Also within reach is Exmoor Zoo (15 miles).
