Smells

Posted Apr 30, 2017
Entire hotel smells like an ashtray. Should have left before checking in. But it was late Went to bed. Got up in half hour. Walked out. Nobody at desk to complain to. Went to holiday inn instead. If you like that odor, here's your place.

Excellent stay. A truly pet friendly hotel!

Posted Mar 19, 2017 on Orbitz
Pros: Very clean and fresh hotel, nice kitchenette. Not a 70's renovation type establishment. Key cards for entry; Super pet friendly!
Cons: Nothing. Excellent price for the high standard.
Location: 30 minutes to Boston. Visit the Black Rose !
Super hotel staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent location adjacent to I-495. Easy in, easy out and easy to find!

Stella Snow Storm

Posted Mar 17, 2017
I was in town for training. A rare snow storm named Stella hit the northeast. The staff was great and helpful. The hotel is old looking and need some updating. Plenty of space in the room. Every thing was clean. Good location. Not sure if I would stay there again, I would have like to have a large lobby , just so I could get out of the room during bad weather.

Mehhhhh

Posted Feb 9, 2017 on Hotels
It was just alright. There was broken glass in the hallways. Hair in my sheets. An ice storm that never got shoveled out and made the sidewalks and parking lot dangerous. The people staying above me were clearly renovating their room all night. When the noise was mentioned I was told sorry, can't do anything.

Don't bother

Posted Jan 23, 2017
If all you need for your stay is a bed then this is okay otherwise there is nothing really positive to say about this place the tub was warned the only thing they left in the room was a bar of soap nothing in the kitchen not even a coffee maker and the coffee in the lobby is broken down at 9:30 a.m. for those of us who sleep in and want a cup of coffee at quarter of 10 you're going to be out of luck the room was quite dirty counters and everything had some grunge on them which I would not recommend staying

Worst service ever experienced

Posted Jan 12, 2017 on Hotels
Toilet was backed up when we checked in. Instead of sending maintenance, told us to come get a plunger. Mirrors were filthy and I question whether the room was even cleaned after the previous guests. Refrigerator wasn't cooling, repaired while we were out. When we requested the kitchen items, they told us to come get them instead of delivering to the room. Requested fresh towels on the 3rd day and was told to find the maid and bring the dirty towels to her. She had me carry the towels, follow her to the laundry room, and then handed me the fresh towels to take back to the room. You can also forget about streaming movies on a laptop or tablet. The Internet is so slow, that it spends more time buffering than playing. I would score this place a zero, if possible, because that's exactly what the service level is...nonexistent.

Never again.

Posted Jan 2, 2017 on Hotels
The room temperature could not be regulated at all, it went from icy cold to moderately warm throughout the night. There were not enough pillows supplied for the bed, the pillows were so flat, I had to get bath towels and squish them between the folded pillow. The icy parking lot had barely been plowed and was treacherous to walk through to get to the door. The shower was not warm enough. But, I wanted quiet and it was indeed quiet. The woman at the front desk was very nice.
