Hampton Inn

Cons: nigh time desk staff at check inn
Overall not terrible. When I checked in the women at the front desk seemed annoyed with my presence, and complained about having to be at work. When I asked about getting my Hilton Honors points, she looked at my like I was crazy, and said, "what dat"...HELLO, you work at a Hilton owned hotel. Again, seemed as if I was annoying her when I asked her to do her job.

After getting stuck in traffic and driving 7 hours was happy to get in the room and relax. Fast check in

Extremely courteous staff

Hotel lobby and entryway was very welcoming and staff was excellent! Pool and hot tub was clean. Spacious area and game room. Double room was on the smaller side, but was clean and comfortable. Centralized to all area shops and restaurants. Amenities were excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

No drawers?!

We travel quite a few weekends a year for business. We rent 2 or 3 rooms for 2 nights. As a general rule, we stay at Hampton Inns whenever available.The rooms are comfy, clean and we LOVE their bedding. The breakfasts are complimentary and are good with a varied selection. We also love that hot drinks are available in the lobby all day. If there is one thing that could improve the rooms, it would be the addition of chests of drawers. Most Hampton Inns do not have drawers to store your clothes in during your stay. There is a closet for hanging clothes, but no drawers! I don't like living out of a suitcase and really wish it wasn't necessary.

Well worth the trip!

this hotel was very nice. Staff was pleasant and very friendly. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay at this location.

very nice, clean , comfortable, close enough toDCU

Pros: clean, not smelly or grimmy
Cons: Our room had a big whirlpool jet bath tub, we didnt use it because the jets for squirting water were very dirty and rusty,tub could of been cleaner to

was very nice and close to some of the activities we were doing .......but wished they had a bus to the DCU center which was a little farther than we thought for a concert......not good if you are drinking and then having to leave to drive 15 miles or so to get back to your hotelf. Clean and comfortable , relaxing , we stay there again if had too.
