It was convenient location to the DCU center. I did not like the parking situation as it is across the street in and unsafe area. The hot tub didn’t work, the light in the room had an electrical issue, the shower was beyond slippery and the bathroom shower curtain was stained. It was way to expensive for the quality of the room. I expected a much better experience

This was a convenient location however they were no channels but 2 on the tv, tv seemed old called front desk asked to speak to a manager they wouldn’t put me through “there’s nothing they gonna do. For the price is not worth it.

Workers are AMAZING
Every single person we met who was working at this hotel was amazing. The manager Amy is extremely accommodating and truly will go above and beyond to accommodate you during your stay. She was so nice to us during a difficult time. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn.

The front lady, was cold and so unprofessional. Didn’t provide WiFi or any information, we have to ask for breakfast, parking, everything. I have for rooms… and I have to pay one by one, make non sense. I don’t recommend this hotel. At least ether was my personal experience

Clean, but lazy
The room was very nice and clean however service wasn’t so great. I stopped at the front desk to request clean towels and coffee and it was never sent. I had to ask again when I returned for the night. They provided additional coffee, but I was informed I needed to visit the front desk for cream and sugar and cups. Ridiculous!

Walls are very easy to hear through, neighboring rooms kept my child up well past midnight. I understand the price with convenience to the DCU center but overpriced for what the hotel itself actually offers.
