A little worn down place.

We liked the hotel. It's a little worn out and there was trash under the bed when we got there. It seems like they almost cleaned, and almost maintained, and almost did a lot of other things. Not a big deal to us, but finding trash and other things a little out of place made us wonder what other corners they cut.

Thank you for the feedback. We strive for all rooms to be spotlessly clean and well maintained. I will absolutely follow up with housekeeping regarding this issue, it should never happen. The housekeepers are trained to double check their rooms and I apologize that someone made the mistake of not checking around the bed. Most of our rooms have bed frames that are boxed in so there is no way for trash to get under the beds. Thank you for your review. Tamie -General Manager

Nice but the pillow suck

Excellent Pet Friendly Hotel

Pros: Dog friendly. The staff was helpful and friendly.
We needed a place to stay in between apartments that would accommodate our two dogs. Excellent for this purpose. Located right next to a Petco for field trips with the pups!

Convenient location for travelling

Good location for us...just what we needed on our way for four days of driving. Great bed...awoke refreshed and ready to go again

ok hotel

Front desk staff cold & not friendly. BUT, breakfast room lady is extremely nice, pleasant, polite and helpful. If we ever use this hotel again, will be because of her.

Nice weekend stay

Pros: Was in a very convenient location for what we needed to do over the weekend.
Cons: We were in room 213, which is next to some sort of maintanence room. There was banging around in that room early Saturday morning (6am).
Location: Many restaurants closeby, enjoyed a pub up the street and the Outback right next door.
Check in was great, all questions answered, desk clerk very knowledgeable regarding the area. Room was very nice, enjoyed the entire weekend.

All high marks, but for one thing....

We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and even smelled good. The only drawback was that it was not listed on hotels.com as being pet-friendly, and I have severe animal allergies. Fortunately, I did not have a reaction, but this would've been good to know so I could bring medication.

Hotel indicates non-smoking. The entire hallway smelled of smoke including my room. The bathroom was tiny and the coffeepot didn't work. The towels were barely folded.
