Quality inn

Upon arrival, the hotel staff had a hard time finding my booking and was yelling to another staff across the room. The hotel overall was not that clean. There was no "do not disturb" sign available in my room. The shower was cold and would not warm up and the bed sounded like it was going to break any time I moved. Needless to say, I'll never spend another night in a Quality Inn and nobody else should.

Not a happy experience

It took the cashier more than 15 mins to check me in. I was also advised that WiFi wasn't working and that it wouldn't be repaired until after I was to leave. My room was pretty shabby.

Pros: very clean good breakfast
Cons: need desk lamp & elevator
2 story hotel, unfortunately no elevator. do not recommend for older travellers unless they book a first-floor room.

severe bed bug bites

Pros: location
Cons: cleanliness safety
Location: good shopping
days after coming home i experienced severe bed bug bites not surprising considering my room was very dirty and the staff did a poor job of cleaning it also the back door of the building was never locked, creating a serious safety issue

Pros: The breakfast provided was very good.
Cons: Bathroom needs work.
Location: Convenient for what we needed.
Everything was fine except the shower controls. Took a while to get a decent stream of water from the shower head. Beds were very comfortable.

Bad part of town

Pros: The initial clerk was very helpful and professional. The beds were very comfortable.
Men were hanging out in the parking lot and jeering as we walked by. I was worried about going in the lot. I reported the toilet not working when I got there and I was questioned for over 5 minutes about it. I felt he was inferring that it was plugged up , but had to explain it was the handle not working well. When it was time to leave the clerk was pounding on my door I kept yelling loudly, just one minute please we we getting our luggage together. BTW no one came to check the toilet until over 24 hours after I reported it.

Avoid

I got this hotel via expedia and it was a disappointment. This hotel is in fact a spot for parties (any kind apparently) and homeless people (addicts, ...) the State cannot host elsewhere. Jumping and banging were constant until past midnight, even though we complained to the front desk. Spend more and go to a better hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they are not to blame. Probably the management makes more money from the State for emergency housing for homeless, but they should not carry the Quality Inn brand.

Falling apart, dirty, unfriendly, not comfortable

Filthy bathroom, falling apart, stained bedding, smelled awful, noisy, tv not working, noisy, no staff, zero quality inn. No response to complaints at front desk. Blank stare...

OK - but won't visit again

The front desk person was pleasant and the pool was nice. But the door to the building from the rear parking lot would not lock and there was a definite smell in the room... not quite mildew but not clean. Plus the fan in the bathroom was unpleasantly loud. With so many other choices in the area, we won't stay here again.
