Very nice hotel

Pros: The room and breakfast are very good
Location: There are some shops around
We found the hotel in a great location and the room was very clean and quiet. We liked the breakfast. We had great time .

Great family hotel

Perfect hotel for our players to stay at while attending a hockey tournament across the street. Pool, basketball court, putting green, and gym kept players and parents occupied, and the central location provided us with other options during the day and evening.

The hotel I did NOT get to use

I booked this room through hotels.com; however, when I showed up to check-in, my wife and I were told there were no rooms left. That is completely unacceptable. In fairness, Residence Inn by Marriott did put us up in another hotel and offer to refund the fee; but my wife and I were completely put off by this; and the hotel we were eventually put in was much farther away from where we needed to be. Booking through hotels.com should have protected us against this.

Pros: Room very clean, staff very helpful..
Cons: Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were rubbery tasting and the sausages were atrocious they also had nothing sweet example Danish.
Room was very clean and the staff very helpful. The hotel was close to many attractions and was easy to find from the interstate

Iron ruined the only golf shirt I had with me.

Cons: The Iron checked periodically.

I tried to use the iron for my golf shirt. It threw out a black powder when i tried to use the steamer. It totally ruined the only golf shirt i had with me for the Ahold Charity Golf Outing. Not happy at all. I told the gentleman at checkout and he said they would look at the iron.
