Holiday stay

Pros: space
Cons: deep cleaning
Stayed over Christmas and up to New Year's Eve. Great location and amenities were fine as well. Looks like a great place and it is!

Pros: Loved my shuttle driver. Loved having the kitchenette available. Bed was comfy. Quiet room at the end of the hall.
Location: Walking distance to the Worcester Hospital/Recovery Center. Shuttle available to take you anywhere within the 5 mile radius. 2 large shopping malls.
The staff was wonderful. The free shuttle was available from 7 am to 10:30 pm. Most accomodating! The room was quite spacious!

COLLEGE STAY

Hotel was very close for our college visit to Holy Cross. The Free Breakfast was very good with a large variety of foods. The rooms were amazing and larger than expected. It was a pleasure to have the sitting area and kitchenette. Check in and check out were less than 10 minutes with no lines to wait in. If our son decides to attend Holy Cross this will definitely be our hotel to stay at the next four years

Issues not resolved

Pros: the employees were friendly and the room appeared to be clean.
Cons: Any issues should be fixed in a timely manner.
When I I went to grab a paper towel the whole top of the roll appeared to have blood on it. It appeared to be from meat, such as hamburger. I then went into the vanity area of the bathroom. One of the 2 light bulbs in there was burned out. This made it difficult to apply make-up as it was so dim in there. I pushed the "Front Desk" button on the phone. Nothing happened. I tried the "Housekeeping" button. That button wouldn't work either. I dialed "0". Guest services answered. I told them about the paper towels and the burned out light bulb. I also mentioned I would be working all day the following day if they wanted to come in and take care of these issues. I took the paper towel roll off the holder and set it on the other side of the sink.When I returned to my room the next evening the nasty paper towels had been put back in the holder and the burned out bulb was not replaced.

A Gem in Worcester!

The size of the room coupled with the room fee were a great surprise. Everything was clean. The staff super friendly. Loved the pool and the breakfast. And great location!
