"This was the nicest hotel! On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

"CitizenM was the perfect place for our stay. The hotel features smart room technology, meaning all the room functions, lights, temperature, and TV, are controlled through an app on the iPad provided in the room. The room itself is compact, but cleverly designed to make the most of the space. We had a great view of the city and there was still plenty of room for two people to share comfortably. The bathroom is a pod-style design, which helps maximise the room space. There is a room which is dedicated to ironing (mega helpful to know) and this is shared by the floor. The reception area is also an open-plan bar and breakfast area, with lots of spaces to relax throughout the day. There are plenty of workspaces, as well as games and books to keep you entertained. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and overall it was a fantastic hotel experience. Definitely one I’ll book again when I visit Copenhagen."
