“Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.”

“AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. “Fundamentally this should be a nice apartment, despite the tiny twin room. Living area and kitchen were nice and the main bedroom and the bathroom were both spacious. The main problem was that the toilet flush broke the first time it was used: the button that needed to be pressed got stuck and wouldn’t come back out.
