Always clean, friendly staff, updates to the property are coming along. The Safari Club and hot tub are great as well.

Except for newer carpet, the rooms and bathroom were really outdated. Hallways are in the middle of renovations but they were also like that almost a year and a half ago. Stall was very friendly and breakfast was good.

They were under construction so the hallways a d stairways were dirty. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was well rounded.

Overall a nice place. However, I was told because I booked through Expedia, in stuck in the handicapped room right by the main desk. It’s loud. The room is cold and I can’t turn up the heat. I physically exerted myself quite a bit today and looked forward to a quiet, comfortable room. The gentleman at the main desk said I wouldn’t be able to move to a different room. If there wasn’t a storm coming in, I’d sleep in my truck. Not ever going to stay here again.

Room was clean, but a little bit dated. The staff was polite and helpful. The hallways were somewhat dirty, but there is construction and renovation going on throughout the hotel. The location is great, close to the various park attractions, and the hotel itself is interesting and unique.

Room was run down. Splatters of food on the wall, bathroom tiles were broken, paint peeling in bathroom, bed mattresses were very worn out and sunk in the middle. Made for a very uncomfortable night. Tub didnt drain well, so after you showered you were standing ankle deep in water. For the price they charge per night, Id expect better.

The property is very outdated, but they are doing work on it. The best part is the hot pool! I will stay here every time I am in the area.

They have the BEST hot springs hot tub. I stepped in and immediately felt the stress melt away. Rooms were quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

My apologies for not knowing the guy's name at the front desk, but, he was super friendly, very helpful very informative very patient. The room? It's a typical motel room :-) absolutely nothing wrong with it. The heater works extremely well. I was not aware that they had a hot minerals natural hot mineral hot tub but, that's okay it's free and open until 10:00 :-). It is extremely close to the star Plunge if you're looking for convenient proximity safety, this is a very good choice

It appears that this property is beginning to update. I've stayed here twice in the last year. Rooms are older, yet quiet and comfortable. Good bed and pillows. Could use some modernization such as USB ports.

Disappointed. Beds were not neatly made. Old leftover soaps left around bath tub . Didn't feel safe as i was at the very end where it seemed the rooms were rented long term and others smoked right outside my door. Very old motel. Front desk person was very nice though.

The location of the property was perfect and we really enjoyed the mineral hot spring tub at the hotel. The hotel hallways are in desperate need of a paint job and the room was a little outdated but overall clean and comfortable as long as you aren't going for a luxury experience. The only other downside was that our room was not available until 2 hours after the 3pm check-in time due to the cleaning staff being backed up which was a bit frustrating but not the end of the world. Overall a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

Great New Year’s Eve spot!
The staff was super friendly. It was New Year’s Eve so they had some wonderful karaoke and champagne toast. The rooms were tidy, but not immaculate. The places were saying because how incredible the taxidermy and food is. They had some rowdy characters that were extremely loud on New Year’s Eve till three in the morning.
