Nice hotel, great location

Posted Jul 27, 2017
The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the world trade center, where there are lots of wonderful restaurant around. It is also safe in the evening compared with downtown. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the environment was quietly.

If you look for a good room in WTC area

Posted Jun 27, 2017
Pros: the room is very good and brand new.
Cons: If you like small hotels and do not use other hotels instalations , this is your hotel.
Location: Two blocks from there is the Insurgentes Avenue with plenty of good restaurants.
I was a little afraid of the hotel because their European middle of XX century outside look is not quite common for good hotels , in Mexico City . After being there I can say that if you want to stay in the World Trade Center Area and need a hotel only for sleeping (as I do) , this is your hotel . Excellent room, equivalent to one of a Mexican five stars hotel, and little more. The staff is very attentive and you feel fine there. I recommend it !!

Location

Posted Apr 22, 2017
Safe location ,safe walk ,nice places to eat ,and Starbucks just around the corner .Nice ,quiet, small place for a night or two.stuff very helpful.now, don't order the from service :) food come not hot enough ,small portion on a tray and always missing the napkin! You guys need to learn a bit more about food delivery in the rooms .The bell lady and the FD agent ( morning shift ) very fantastic.the other agent night shift lacked English ability to communicate. But overall a nice hotel to stay ( a bit pricey compare to the neighbors ( Holiday inn and crown plaza) Cheers . PS .Is cheaper to buy from other sites than Expedia !!!

UX Fail, Otherwise OK

Posted Apr 19, 2017
Pros: Location, service, cleanliness, decor
Cons: Instructions on how to use the technology.
Location: The World Trade Center has nice chain restaurants like PF Chang's and California Pizza Kitchen.
Everything was nice about the hotel except for the strange technological devices that were frustrating to use. There are perhaps several dozen light switch buttons throughout the room, and you can only learn them through trial and error. The elevator buttons have to be finessed to work because you have to lightly touch and swipe it in a certain spot. The coffeemaker is this weird, O-shaped thing which looks cool but it's temperamental and hard to use. Eventually I figured it all out and I enjoyed my stay, but I would be cautious about recommending this hotel to senior citizen who might be frustrated by the technology.

This is a small and new hotel across the street from the World Trade Center. The only complains I have are that the A/C did not work properly and could not lower the temp to my wish. Besides the breakfast service was too slow and I ordered Benedictine Egg which came cold, and when I complained they took it back and place it in a microwave which came all melted. Bad. For the rest the rooms are real big

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff!

Posted Apr 11, 2017 on Hotels
This was a GREAT hotel! The front desk personnel were extremely helpful in assisting us in navigating the city via bus and subway. In fact, one of the staff walked with us to the bus stop, gave us HIS subway card to use, got us on the right bus, with directions for the subway! The rooms are exactly as pictured- very clean, very modern. Very quiet neighborhood, very relaxing area. The free parking for the car was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will stay here again!

City centre hotel - very convenient.

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Pros: The location, the friendly atmosphere. Rooms were immaculate.
Cons: Double glaze the front-facing room windows. The street noise can be too much at night time.
Location: Pepsi WTC concert venue and in my opinion, all the traditional tourist areas are within a walking distance.
My family and I had a very positive time staying at this hotel. The location suited us well as we had to walk a take a cab ride to places we wished to visit, but this allowed us to explore the area a little more. Some of the staff members were particularly helpful - Ava, Camarista, Julieta, Herman and Octavio, in particular. We did experience two very minor problems, which didn't create a headache, but it would have been perfect if we didn't have these problems. Firstly, I asked the evening reception desk manager for postcard postage stamps and he informed me that he would help me and get back to me, but he didn't, even though I saw him again. I also asked the same guy (not Herman) to book a cab for us to take us back to the airport on our departure day, but he didn't book it, which caused a slight delay and also the cab fare was double the price we were quoted by the hotel desk, upon making a new arrangement. Small details like this can make all the difference.

Great Boutique Hotel Next to the WTC

Posted Mar 31, 2017 on Hotels
I loved everything about my stay at Isaaya from the room, its appointments, the personal greeting awaiting me in my room which was a plate with my name writing on it in chocolate and cookies. My only minor complaint is that the shower took a very long time to heat up and the water pressure was very low.
