Checked in kinda late however I called to let them know I would be, when I arrived our rooo door was open bed were stripped roach on the bed and the place was trashed . They offered to clean it but I asked for a different room which still wasn’t clean or in good condition but we had no choice since we were charged

It had a good, strong, hot shower. And a bed. It was strictly functional but exactly what I needed. A shower a bed and 5 hours of sleep.

did not like how the room service comes really early like when u just got out the shower and dont have anything on then dont even come back at all that day and didnt like how i had to wait for hrs to check in when i ring the bell i had to call on phone and dont like how they say they have breakfast lucky a restaurant was right next to them

There’s was no soap or towel in the room and it was a fire hazard in the room cord hang from the wall that was safe and the bed was hard as a rock and the toliet seat didn’t even fit the toilets bowl the tub look rusty was afraid to shower and the lamp on the wall was wobbly and there was very little light in the room felt unsafe in the room

i was supposed to be in a QUIET NON SMOKING ROOM. it was FAR FROM QUIET and also smelled like cigarette smoke. I found burn holes from cigarettes in the pillows and bed linens. I had to buy Febreeze and spray the room to get some of the smell out.

I checked in very late at night, which wasn't a problem. When I got to my room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned. The sink and shower were pretty disgusting and the floor was not vacuumed. Because of how late it was, I did not have enough energy to bother with the front desk. I jumped on the bed wearing my travel clothes and went right to sleep. In the morning, I told the front desk attendant about my room's condition and requested housekeeping. Because of how dirty the room was when I arrived, I did not trust that the bedding was swapped out after the previous guest. I politely requested to have the bedding changed, but the front desk agent denied my request, saying they only replace bedding every other day. I asked for an exception because of my concerns, but he said no. When I returned to my room that evening, it did not appear that housekeeping had come and they did not come at all during my stay, despite my request. The walls were thin, and I was woken up by my neighbor's early morning shower. Electrical outlets did not charge my phone and camera batteries fully overnight. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the wi-fi was fast. The location is convenient, too.

Older property. No upkeep. Bare room with dirty bathroom. Pubic hairs in the bath tub. Some rooms are smoking rooms which permeate throughout the hotel. Door to room does not seal tight. Gaps around the door. Not all the lights worked in the room. Could not get alarm clock to stop blinking. When arrived for check it appeared to be transit people on sight. One family out in parking lot with small children and their belongings. Their infant daughter in way of vehicles pulling into the parking lot. Saw the family by the edge of the road after returning from dinner. Another gentleman was in a first floor room was out in the parking lot asking patrons for cigarettes and food. Would not stay there again. Price point for hotel room reflects what it is.

Rooms are very clean. Linens did have some old smoking burns on them. There's a microwave and fridge which is great. Perfect view of the river. AC worked very well as it was over 100° during the stay. Front desk staff is professional but not personable. Plenty of parking

The room was NOT clean. Used soap bars in the shower. Could not use the mini fridge, smelled so so bad. Sheets were dirty, had cigarette holes in them. The ONLY positive, was the shower pressure was outstanding! Front desk was not able to give receipts for some reason. I would never stay again. (Price of room was was $173)

I stayed 2 different days. The first night i showered and used the floor towel provided and it was covered with pubic hair shavings. The 2nd night a bath towel was pretty crusty from hanging behind the bathroom door.
