“Good location Needs looking after, poor cooking items, tv in lounge broken, no batteries in the remote control, stains on cover which was over a dirty sofa. Marks on the table! Agents not countable and very poor communication! Would not stay again”

“NO WORKING WINDOWS The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh. “A lovely place with all the amenities”

“Very well maintained property with all the amenities. There are a couple of flights which wouldn’t work otherwise the Perfect stay with family.”

“Outstanding property with easy access and great communication beforehand. The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. The place is beautiful and a real real gem. I definitely will be back like Arnie once said….”

“Excellent two night break at this lovely cottage. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. Location was perfect. Very good communication with instructions of check in etc. Thank you for a lovely stay ”

“Great spot so close to the centre of the city. Lovely and clean and great communication from the host.”

“The property was as advertised and I would definitely return if I revisit Chester.”

The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor……

“Nice and clean but communication not good. Calls not answered. But overall ok”
