The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. The key cards for the room took some time to work but eventually got in the room. There was no hot water in the bathroom so I was unable to shower. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked great. Still not sure if I'd stay here again or not

The place smelled like sewer when you walk in and it lingered in the room. I was one of two people staying and I had no hot water in the morning to shower or wash my face. Very poor conditions.

The outside of the property was in a poor state of repair. The staff on reception were ok. Breakfast was very basic. The room was ok but condition could have been improved. The bath had a crack in it and water leaked out.

The entire building had a stench to it. Out of nine key cards only one worked. The room was dirty, mirror looked like someone spit all over it. The bathroom floor was dirty. Patchwork done was messy ans there was graffiti on the wall that was lifhtly painted over. I slept fully dressed on top of my blanket on the bed and still felt gross!

The place is clean but looks like it was built in the 1960s. It’s in dire need of updating. No outlets for devices. Some that I could find don’t work. No covered entrance when it’s raining, which it is now. Entrance is a bit rough with a few potholes, but not too bad. Conveniently right off the freeway so easy access.

General: back entry door is not secure. Room 114: window does not lock; room damp; mildew in bathroom; carpet very dorty; shower does not work, and leaks; do not disturb sign was not available so cleaner walked in early and woke us; when we askes to speak to manager we were directed to a man they said was owner, who denied being owner. The quality here was what you could expect for $50/night, not close to $100.

It was expensive for what it was. It's an aging property that apparently had water issues. Superficial repairs left a musty odor. The unattended entry door had a non-functional card entry lock and often failed to even close. Windows very unsecure. Electric wiring appeared very old. Outside looked old and in need of TLC.

Do not stay here!
We got to the hotel and it smelled terrible. We got up to our room and there were only two small, flat pillows on the queen sized bed. We called for more and were told that they didn’t have any extras in the entire hotel, which was very concerning because it made us uncomfortable sleeping there and it did not seem that the pillows ever got washed or replaced because of this. The towels were discolored and seemed dirty. The bathtub was also dirty. The room and hotel as a whole stunk like urine. The TV only sometimes worked. There were stains on the wall in the room. We went to the ice machine and the front desk lady told us there wasn’t any ice and it didn’t work. The reservation said there was continental breakfast and there was not anything at all for breakfast. The staff were unhelpful and we left as soon as possible.

Upon arrival the place looked abandoned. There was abandoned cars in the parking lot as well as an attached restaurant that hasn't been open in YEARS. the place looked terrible. Our keys didn't work so she had to give us a different room. Our room smelled of mold as soon as we walked in and looked ABSOLUTELY not like the pictures. I asked if we could get a refund and just leave, the clerk said NO because i already paid for it. I felt completely deceived by this listing.

Very smelly, dirty and run down. One of the rooms had bodily fluids filled sheets. The ac was noisy. Outlets were scarce. Breakfast room was a teeny tiny room with no air movement so it was stuffy and hot. The only pro was that in our room we had clean sheets and the water pressure was nice.

When we walked into our room it was very hot, the air was on however we turn it down more. We noticed after a few minutes the it was not cooling down air was broken blowing hot air. Motel looked like it was closed down. First Floor Hallway had just been shampooed. Registration area smelled damp and mildewy. Our room was very hot on arrirval, but did cool down with AC. Everything was very outdated! Not a good experience for us.

More like Bates Hotel...eeeek!
Stayed May 13- a Saturday. Ugg...I was warned this place was a dump, but no other hotels showed available rooms in the area. So. Will never ever stay here again. The "lobby" smelled so strong of a fruity plug in that I knew they were trying to mask a nasty odor. Once we walked down hall to our room, I knew what they odor was-dirty diapers-so, so strong. The room itself didn't smell.like dirty diapers, it was more of a faint plug-in smell mixed with a tangy musty stink. I always travel with essential oils and was able to use those to improve the smell. The tub had a steady stream of water leaking. Hubby tried to tighten, but he said it was broken and doubted the shower even worked. Super glad I didn't need to shower during this stay. The laminate flooring was sticky and had gunk around the base of the walls. The metal frame around the bathroom door had rust spots on it. At least the toilet worked. And the water at the sink got hot quickly. The carpet was sticky. Eeeeeew...so I told my family not to walk barefoot. Even the soles of my shoes stuck to the carpet in some spots. Under the sink! Holy crap! A huge hole ripped out of the wall with insulation hanging out of it. That can't be up to code! The window could be opened, but clearly the seal on it has been broken for some time, since it was completely fogged over. Please note-the attached restaurant is CLOSED and abandoned. The whole vibe is creepy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!
