A beautiful historic building convenient to the old central square. Our room was peculiar in that the wall between the toilet and bedroom was floor-to-ceiling glass. You can wave to your partner while on the bidet. We found it a bit awkward.

Lovely hotel, great location. Shame no tea or coffee making in bedrooms, but overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. I had a great time.

I returned to the hotel repeatedly. I like the location, the proximity to the spacious public garages and the very helpful and friendly staff. But what I am disappointed about is the quality of the mattresses. for the second time I had bad luck with a poor quality mattress. It reminded me of an ordinary soft sponge. my room was changed, but it's a complication that you really don't expect in a 5* hotel. the noise of other guests could also be heard in both rooms, which will not improve your stay either.

Great location, good amenities, needs refreshing
Monopol Hotel is well located in central Wroclaw. The SPA is nice although it has a limited number of beds. Room was comfortable and spacious. We had an unpleasant situation though. My wife left a golden necklace next to her bad in the SPA area and it was stolen. It hard to blame the hotel stuff, although they could have done better in addressing the issue.

3 star hotel at best. Disappointing.
3 star hotel at best. Self built broken wooden beds, dirty mattresses, curtains falling out the wall, lack of pillows, duvets not the right size for the bed, broken toilet seats, no customer information in room. Extremely tired and lacking effort, clearly running off some previous reputation. Kicked our disabled family out of their room after 3 days with an hours notice for some general maintenance on the air con. Replacement rooms offered didn't even take into account they were a wheelchair user. Joke.
