The staff are just doing their jobs and without enthusiasm. Breakfast was just ok and service was not up to five star level. Location is fine, I would say this is not up to Westin I stayed elsewhere but I would still recommend.

这个酒店是我们在武汉旅行时的第一选择， 疫情之前多次入住过。 在其它季节都还不错， 疫情之后的第一次入住， 是冬天的体验。 有一个值得注意的地方就是晩上房间温度太高，也或者是被子太厚，床垫也似乎太软，让人感觉太热而难以入眠。希望以后有所改进。

My family and I stayed at this hotel and we loved it. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Service was proactive and great. My only complaint is that the room was too warm, and there was no way to reduce the heating because it was set centrally. It was way too hot to sleep with the blanket. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Breakfast was poor. The staff in the executive lounge were rude. The executive lounge was open for only a few hours. The wine selection was also very poor. I will not stay here again.

Disappointing service
The service was very average and staff had limited spoken English capability or understanding international hotel standard. When asked if what floor the executive lounge was on front desk staff did not know the word Executive .. communicated in Chinese most of the time. When visiting the pool was told that adidas sports shorts were unacceptable. Speedos okay. Breakfast was a fiasco with staff struggling to make coffee.

Great Stay
We stayed here for an overnight on our way back to Sydney after a Yangtze river cruise. We were upgraded to a room on level 22 with a river view with late checkout at 2.00pm. the hotel is right next to Yangtze river and the lights on both side of the river buildings are beautiful. The breakfast restaurant is on ground floor and the food is just average. We had dinner and lunch at the hotel Chinese restaurant were excellent. Restaurant serves great Cantonese dishes not just hot/spicy dishes and Buffet Dim Sim lunch on weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Great Westin Hotel in Wuhan.
Really nice hotel, service is great. Very clean and food is nice. Location is great, has river view and 15mins taxi to city center.

Too hot during the winter
The central air conditioning was too hot and unable to adjust, even after I set it to 13 degrees the room was constantly at a temperature of 26-27 degrees. The staffs help to opened the window in my room, however the poor air quality in Wuhan didn’t help at all.

Totally disappointed with check in staff! Booked room with canal view but they insist that was not the case even after showing them the reservations confirmation! As a member of SPG I was surprised how they handle this matter. Photo show view from my room.

Great Hotel
This hotel is very nice, and has everything you could want down to a wine bar, exercise room and a pool. Across the street you can walk along the river and the lights on the buildings across the river are unbelievably beautiful

Short weekend stay
The Westin in Wuchang is a typical Chinese five star hotel - overall very livable. We were upgraded to a better room, which was large and clean. The area is right by the river and a short cab ride to most of the main sites in Wuhan. The immediate area is not very exciting though.

The hotel was a well decorated property but the location was a bit off main shopping area, great for business but not tourist. If there is shuttle bus arrangement,p then it will be more tourist friendly. The hotel should try to provide local street map, it was out of stock for 3 days.

Anniversary stay with dinner.
Staff was very helpful and kind. The Guest Services Manager spoke with us often was very friendly and outgoing. Dinner in the Grange Steak house was excellent.

Customer service skills need to be strengthened.
All the hardware are great. However, the staff were not helpful when I request for stationery. Upon checking out, the front desk explicitly expressed that if I have enjoyed my stay, I should really rate them a 5-star. That's a little too blatant huh!

It looks like a relatively new hotel. The service was poor. It took forever to check in. The buffet dinner has no water. The lighting in the room was unplugged. My overall experience was below average.
