Excellent hotel
We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. The summer whether in Wuhan was scorching, but our trip was very pleasant thanks to Wanda Realm.

Beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Conveniently located beside Han Street which is filled with shops and restaurants. Excellent customer service overall - the manager on the Executive Floor Jason Lee was especially helpful. We look forward to staying at the Wanda Realm again when we visit Wuhan in the future. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable
Very well located for the Han show (but check it is on first as it was closed when we were there) and also restaurants and shopping right next door on Han Street. Very large comfortable bed and deep bath in bathroom. Clean, comfortable, and as I live out in the sticks of Wuhan I will be coming back for the shopping. One problem is as an English visitor I like fresh milk with my tea. The first time I stayed here it was free but this time they charged so we sent it away and bought some from the local supermarket instead. Think milk for tea should always be free!

Not a good hotel.
It's very hot, about 24-25 degrees. you can't control room temperature. We were told we had to open the window if it's hot. make sure you drink enough water before you get there. They change $40 RMB for a bottle of water (less than 500ml). Surprised me there is someone to make money in this way nowadays! We booked a suite which should offer free breakfast for 3 persons. when we checked in, they said they never offered breakfast for 3 persons, always for 2 only. After we contacted Hotels.com, the manager said they would offer a free breakfast to the third person because this was our first time to stay with them. Seems we got a bonus.

Nice hotel for the price, lots to do/eat around
The hotel is located minutes away walking distance from Han Street, which has lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is also close to the beautiful East Lake and Wuhan University. Commute is very convenient. The hotel itself looks grand, new and modern, our room was big and comfortable. Though Wifi was spotty and slow. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, some speak English well. We especially want to say thank you to the hotel concierge manager Wesley, he was patient and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We've been to few cities in China, Wuhan by far has the biggest population, though a lot of people have bad manners, so are few of the hotel bellmen, few times, when we asked the bellmen to get taxi for us, couple of them refused to help, and were rude and disrespectful. Overall, we would stay the hotel again when go back.

That was my second stay at the Realm. And I shall stay there again and again. So proximate to subway trains, to dining facilities, to upscale shopping.

A recommended hotel for your stay in Wuhan
Location in Wuchang part of Wuhan is v good, a modern pedestrian street full of restaurants n shops almost next door. This hotel, though modern, has warmth n rooms are nice n clean.

Absolutely stunning hotel. This was the best hotel we had the privilege of staying at in the one week we were in China. Gorgeously decorated & worth every cent we paid although it was comparatively the most expensive hotel. Huge bathroom with lovely showers & bathtub. Truly luxurious room. We wished we could have stayed one more night. Front desk was also kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. It was perfectly located just beside the main shopping street & it was very close to the lake. There were also many great dining options. Highly recommended.

This may be the nicest 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room and bathroom have a luxurious feel, and have great decor. Convenient location. However, I do have two complaints - although a great selection; the breakfast is insanely over priced (over $75 USD for two), and the hallways smell like cigarettes. Can't really help the cigarette smell I suppose, since smoking is very popular in China.

Its a good hotel, clean, new and good shopping area. The choices for breakfast is good but the only problem is the food are all cold. I ate around 8am for 2 consecutive days and everytime, all the food are cold.

Hotel condition is new. It's overall good with a few minor glitches here and there. Clean room is very important for me and they are good with it. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast spread is not bad, though I would not say fantastic. Staffs are very friendly and nice though got two of my reservations wrong and wanted to re-charged my when I returned after a night away when hotel was fully booked. So glitch is more at reservation's end I think. Some of the staffs handling this left an unclear note and I still got a "new" charge. After some internal verifications, they realised it's their errors. Hope they could work on this.

Worth repeating
Had a very good stay. Check in went well- there was always a staff person whose English was good, others spoke some English but not always enough to deal with more than simple problems. Rooms were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very extensive- Chinese and Western items -and staff remembered I drank tea the next day despite it being quite busy when we were there. A lot of other dining options are available in pedestrian mall on the next street over. Another guest- a friend of my son who is a jock- had used the pool and exercise facilities and was very happy with them. A relative when checking out had an issue regarding charges as some prepaid items came up on her bill, but the staff solved the problem pleasantly and efficiently- the initial reservation had not been entered into their system completely but the payment was, so the extra charges were promptly cancelled. Overall would look forward to staying here again.

Great Hotel, Great Experience
Wanda Realm Wuhan is a brand new hotel in a nice area of Wuhan. The hotel is right next to the walking street which is full of restaurants and shops. As for the hotel itself, it exceeded every expectation I had. The staff spoke great English and always welcomed guests to the hotel whenever they returned throughout the day. The hotel has a lounge with an experienced man playing the piano each night that I was there. The room was also very, very nice. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped and very spacious. The breakfast buffet is worth enjoying. It has a noodle station, sushi station, a selection of breads as well as Chinese and Western options for food. A great experience, and will definitely be staying here and at other Wanda Hotels.
