Lovely hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was fantastic with many great options. The lobby was a nice, cozy place to relax and hang out with my family. The room was clean and comfortable. The location suited our purpose. It wasn't directly in town but it was close to the hiway as we were there to visit family in neighbouring towns. The free WiFi was a great bonus! My only negative would have to be the service of some of the workers in the restaurant. Shutting down coffee service before breakfast was done, serving undercooked chicken for dinner and not apologizing, and bringing the wrong item were some of the things we experienced. On a high note, we were provided with a lovely lunch package as we checked out early on our last day, as we would have missed our breakfast which was included. Overall, great experience! I would recommend the hotel to future guests!

Close to Autobahn. Room smelled old smoke. We had dinner at the hotel since it was the only restaurant in the proximity. Few guests but the service was extremely slow and poor.

Clean, comfortable and easy to find

Pros: The location and the staff
Cons: A second lift would be welcomed
Location: The location was convenient for access to both the town centre (monorail station nearby) and the motorway network covering the whole region.
We found the staff very welcoming and courteous. They were also helpful in supplying directions to both the town centre and the nearest Monorail station. We ate a lovely meal in the restaurant and at breakfast there was a comprehensive menu on offer. The single lift became congested at times and the bed was a little on the hard side, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.

The fundamental mistake I made (and not for the first time), is that in July Germany usually gets much hotter than the UK, and as such one should always check if the hotel you are staying at has air conditioning. Alas, this hotel does NOT, it does have some sort of centralised air recirculating effort, which simply means that hot air gets pushed around the building to even out the suffering! As there were a group of us I got to check the front of the building versus the back and can conclude that the front of the building is slightly cooler than the rear. I estimate that this is due in parts to the sun spending slight less time baking the front façade and the front of the building being more open to the elements and therefore more likely to catch a breeze. Other than the heat the hotel is perfectly acceptable. From the front desk to the housemaids, they are all friendly and helpful. The Wyndham Group just need to spend a bit of their profit on air conditioning. For 10 months of the year I'd recommend this hotel!

The room was ok, not much space. The brerakfast was good. The problem was that there was a lot of noise coming from the outside ( we left windows open as was hot) The Hotel´s personal was very friendly, specially the ones in front office. Thanks

Room not as described and pictured, sofa bed missing, worn down, ventilation insufficient - with open windows very very noisy due to the highway in the back and a major crossing in front of the building. Excellent breakfast buffet.
