I liked most everything. Raj at the customer service desk is very courteous. He made us feel welcomed and at home, especially after a 10 hour drive. I think all toilets in hotels should be upgraded to comfort height.

The hotel is right iff I-81. I notoced it was going through renovations. The night manager was friendly and helpful. Our room was your typical Super 8 setup. The shower head could be changed, the door paint could use some serious touch up, and air sanitation of the room. I did see signs about the hotel being a smoke-free facility. However, I believe that was a recent decision to the stagnant cigarette smell that is still noticeable. Maybe over time that'll go away. Other than that, everything else was good for the price.

Disappointing - will not stay here again.
We reserved a room with a king bed on line. When we checked in they told us the only room with a king bed had the carpet torn up, so they put us in a room with two queens. The room they put us in had a toilet that dripped water constantly and then ran every 20-30 SECONDS to fill the tank back up. All night long! They obviously knew there was an issue with this toilet, because the tank lid was missing and a plastic replacement cover had been placed on it. The breakfast selection was disappointing also, dry muffins and no fruit, no lids for the coffee cups to be able to get one to go, and the check-in clerk was not friendly at all. She acted like it was an inconvenience to even check us in. The morning clerk was slightly better when I let him know about the issue with the toilet. Also, there was not even a clock in the room to be able to know what time it was.

The room is nice. Nothing fancy but that isn’t necessary. I didn’t care for the check in clerk. He gave the impression that he was too busy to check us in.

Could be a nice hotel if was just taken care of abit better. The beds are comfortable tvs nice, just when u look at simple things to fix over common use, just not done? Owners should just fix up things, caulk things, redrywall bad patches? This hotel is a year at best away from being closed up or renamed to a cheaper property? To bad though, could be very nice with correct ownership? I travel a lot and staple hotels that I used to stay at are becoming worse and worse due to the ownership. Why not have a nice property and maintain it instead of having reviews like this?

The workers were very friendly and helpful. The room was clearly cleaned before I arrived. However the external of the building needs some upkeep- when I first arrived it threw me off. Roof and paint needs work. Grass needed to be cut. & there’s no grassy areas so you walk to the gas station next door, to walk your dog. But the room was clean and comfortable that’s what really matters.

Don't trust the iron! We came to go to a family funeral. I needed to iron my husband's shirt and the rust color from the iron got onto it as I was trying to get out the wrinkles. There was a very strong marijuana smell in the hallway and elevator. People above us were noisy so kept waking me up cause I'm a light sleeper. It was safe and decently clean. But won't be staying there again.

The hotel was clean, however there were many things that were outdated. It definitely could use a little tlc and a few upgrades. The staff were excellent! Everyone was very helpful and made our stay nice.

It appeared the property was being upgraded. Some conditions still need to be improved but the overall cleanliness of our rooms was excellent! The complementary breakfast had many options and was super clean! Overall, would recommend this hotel.
