Nice breakfast..too bad sausage eggs and biscuits were ice cold. Halls SMELLED .WAYYY OVER PRICED

Convenient for traveling, right off the highway. My first time at a LaQuinta. Nice to know they are pet-friendly, but next time when asked, (and I was), I will be away from the pets unless my pet is with me.

Too many pets. Not enough breakfast choices, but overall I would stay again.

Fortunately, we have found that the pet owners that stay with us by and large are very respectful of guests that are not traveling with pets and are happy to adhere to our pet policies which include being present with and maintaining control of their pets at all times. Half way home from Orlando to Ontario

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the am had actual scrambled eggs. Thumbs up!

Dirty Hotel, Unacceptible Incidental Charge Policy

Hotel lobby and elevator were dirty and very old. Room was renovated, shower head was broken, and toilet seat was not cleaned properly. After staying one night and paid via Expedia.ca. My credit card was charged again for the night by La Quinta. When I called to inquire, the gentleman was not able to explain and manager A was abrupt and unfriendly. She claimed it was the incidental charge and all hotels charge this. There will be a refund after 7-10 business days, if it's warranted. I was never informed of this policy at check in and it’s not mentioned in their Terms and Conditions. I travel along this route regularly and will never stay at any La Quinta again because of their incidental charge policy.

We have high standards for the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and I can assure you that we have taken your feedback to heart. Without the details of your reservation, it is difficult to comment specifically on billing for your stay; however, I can confidently say that, based on your description, this was not a charge, but an authorization hold, which most hotels do utilize upon check-in. Authorization holds are released upon check-out from the hotel and typically take 5-7 business days to drop off; however, this is dependent on the policy of the bank that issued the card. We hope that you will reconsider staying with us in the future so we will have the opportunity to replace this experience with a superior one.

Enjoyed the pool

The check in was quick and the staff was personable. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and not noisy.

DESPERATE NEED OF DEEP CLEAN

This hotel needs a SERIOUS deep clean. The elevator was filthy, drinks spilled on the walls and food on the floor. Our room had garbage under the phone, old tooth floss picks behind the nightstand. The bathroom mirror was dirty and had old toothpaste on it and there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was gross, uncooked cold sausage, fake eggs. The sitting area was not watched and each time I approached the desk, there was no one there. Only a sign that said "We'll be . right back" I never find it necessary to write a bad review but I needed too this time. This place was DISGUSTING. I don't know who could give it an excellent review.
