Very convenient to town

Very noisey u hear toilets flushing and others running water. Sounds like water work pulled off our room

Nicely remodelled drive-around motel.

Very clean and nicely remodelled rooms. Old drive-around style keeps car close, but makes bit of a walk to front desk and the very modest breakfast (more protein like yogurt or eggs needed there). Very helpful and accomodating staff. Right price for a comfortable night on the road!

Pros: The floor is now laminate and free wifi. The price was good as we just needed aclean place to sleep. The staff were very nice. It is easily reached.
Cons: Bathrooms and beds
Location: Close to hwy and plenty of eating and shopping nearby
Our room booked through Expedia was updated and special request for a main floor was met.kate on the desk was a very pleasant young lady doing her best to make things right. Another employee joined her and also helped. Unfortunately we didn't get a name. Our room 113 except for a few hairs, was clean. After flushing the toilet I heard water running and found the pipe from the tank spewing water. I called the desk and Kate apologize and quickly offered a second upgraded room. It smelled of smoke and was a long distance from parking and we had a heav cooker. Another handicap room was offered. It had a double bed, stake odor and the showe area smells of urine. A fourth room was offered but had no fridge or microwave. We had to go and check each room after 13 hours on the road and were very tired. Finally a room was offered on the second floor and the other employee carried our heavy electric cooler up. The beds were VERY hard and we were unaware that the cooker was plugged into an outlet which only functioned if the light was on. It contained all of our condiments from our Florida fridge which were warm in the morning. As we paid thru Expedia we request a refund from Expedia. If that is not forhcoming we will not book this way again. We have stayed at this Red Roof before but it is unlikely we will do so again.

Only thing is the room didn't have a hair dryer. All rooms need hair dryers. Other than that for the value the room was fine.

Get what you pay for

The Hotel was very inexpensive so that was great. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were doubles and were as hard as a rock ... so were the pillows! There was no hairdryer or shampoo in the room, which are expected at even a budget hotel. The breakfast was minimal… The typical waffles, cereal, bagels, not great if you don't eat a lot of carbs, but my kids were happy! The coffee was straight up terrible. Again, you get what you pay for. We needed an inexpensive place for a quick stop so this fit the bill.

Dirty, staff not very friendly

Dirty,room dirty would not stay there again , breakfast was not good ,they didn't have on it
