Get what you pay for...

Terrible mattress, door lock was hard to use, only 2 pillows (we needed 3) no proteins offered at breakfast. Because we booked through an outside source, we were put on the 2nd floor with steep, narrow stairs. This Red Roof was NOT even half full. So, we won’t be back.

Quick check in. Nice and clean Staff very friendly Rooms are easy to get to and breakfast was pretty good. We stayed there because it was half way to Myrtle Beach.

Great accommodations

I checked into Red Roof due to weather. I was being snowed in for a few days. I ended up extending my booking for three more days. All staff was very helpful for the unexpected time that I stayed. I could not drive due to snow & ice as the Motel gave me a good rate for extending my stay. All in all I have been very satisfied w/ my stay in Wytheville, Va., a very nice township w/ plenty to offer..

Convenient location, friendly staff. Room nice/ shower could use some cleaning. No fridge or microwave in room.

Housekeeping is terrible. Stains on floors dirty!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Get some decent housekeeping staff that care about where they work.
Terrible experience. floors dirty, sticky . Front staff friendly.

Pet friendly and clean

Pros: Staff were helpful. Large grassy area in the middle was very convenient for walking my dog.
Cons: Pet clean-up stations with bags and trash cans. I would have appreciated larger coffee cups with plenty of lids, and some protein at breakfast.
Very clean. Room was somewhat spartan but very good for the price. Staff were helpful and friendly.
