clean, no frills room

We were there just for the night as a half way point in out travels. The room was fine. There was only one ice machine which was not convenient but it that was trivial. There was a problem with the first room and it was taken care of immediately.

Other than a weak WiFi signal, I would recommend this hotel as a stop-over for anyone passing through Virginia

Everything was fine for what we needed. The only thing I did not like was the shower head. It was really bad.

No coffee/tea, microwave or fridge in the room. These items ONLY available in the suites. If you wanted coffee or tea, you had to go to the office, which is NOT connected to any of the rooms. These convenience items I've found in motels charging half the price. The clerk was rude and unhelpful. This was a pet friendly motel and catered more to the animals than to the people paying their overpriced fee.

Our room was a smoking room and maybe the whole hotel was? None of our bathrooms were clean. There was stuff growing on shower head and in one room we had to wipe the toilet seat before using it.

Room was clean and reasonably priced. Çlose to highway exit for easy on and of access. Excellent place for a quick comfortable stay.

Way better than I expected. Hotel newly updated. A great place to stay when going to races at Bristol Motor Speedway.
