I like this property because is conveniently located across from Hospital Angeles. Unfortunately there are always details. In this trip both USB connections next to the bed were not working and the smoke detector was missing.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the pool and staff was courteous and helpful. Only problem I had was the toilet seat was too flimsy. Would I stay again? Sure, no doubt.

It's an hacienda style hotel and although it's been there for a while the facilities are up to date, everything feels modern and very clean.

It is a place where service is very slow, from checking in to serving your food. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare while in Xalapa, it does seem as a regular thing throughout the city.

Great hotel in a convenient and safe location. Check in was friendly though it had a setback. Room wasn't ready. The General Manager promptly took care of the situation. The Jr suite was great , allowed me to work from one room while the kids could play in the other room. Spotlessly clean and roomy. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but usable. Nice big TVs, but the cable interface was dated and slow. The public areas were spacious and attractive. The pool and gym area are outdated but usable. Time for some big Reno's . the general manager and staff are outstanding

Mexican Elegance at its Finest
This hotel in Xalapa is conveniently located right as you enter the center of the city. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself has excellent service, the staff is genuine and willing to help despite my lack of Spanish. The restaurant has excellent food, get the fruit plate, you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel used to be nice Now the pool needs big maintenance as the room do I had a suite, the hotel advertised cleanliness at the hotel and warranty of cleanliness to avoid COVID. Just imagine, there were cockroaches in the room, spiders, and moths that did not let me slip till I had to remove them from the room. Although low occupancy you can hear every person that walks in the halls and in the room above, very anoying.

Attentive Stay in Xalapa (business trip)
Hotel was conveniently located off the main road. The safe was nothing short of friendly and attentive. They remembered my drink and food choices which made me feel extra welcomed. They were especially accommodating in the morning opening the kitchen earlier for us. 10/10 would recommend

I am all about expectations. I expect certain amenities and types of services when I pay for a 5-star versus a 4- or 3-Star and when each of these types of places do not live up to those characteristics I tend to get irritated. Well this place lived up to its 3–Star status especially given it is so cheap to start here. It’s clean, room is ok but the Bed is the best, staff is excellent and the breakfast buffet is exactly what you’d expect for 3-star. It’s a perfectly solid place to stay for the price
