"Our stay was good. The condition of the walk ways was bad. There are holes on the walkways. Our first night there going to dinner my husband sprained his ankle very bad due to a very cracked sidewalk. We had to go to the medic. Please vix the sidewalks as many others may fall and ruin their vacation. My husband had to stay in the room and ice his ankle and elevate it. It's not the way to have a vacation.
Even though my husband had to stay in the room I had a nice time. Exercise on the beach was great. The activities were great. Kendal, Julio and Adele are really a great team. They are so lively and fun to be around. They encourage everyone. I joined Kendal's bracelet making class and it was great! Regardless of the injury we did have a good time. The food was good as well! "

"We stayed during the major renovations and never felt that we were missing out. The resort did an amazing job on relocating entertainment and restaurants. The food was great at the buffets, but the a la Cartes had the best food. Our room with an Ocean View was stunning and modern, clean and the housekeeping always made sure we had fresh towels & the fridge restocked daily. Staff were friendly and very attentive. This resort is a great place for families, to enjoy, pools, the lazy river, beach, discover sealife (fish swim right up to you in the small cove) and wildlife throughout the jungle. Situated just outside the property, still within the gated community are a few shops, pharmacy and corner store that is a great walk to pick up some snacks for the room. Our concierge Derek and Isaac were phenomenal!!!! I can't say enough about how much Derek did for us. Upon arrival, he made a call and got us an a la carte on our 2nd night there! He then arranged a la cartes for us for the entire week, and every morning greeted us with a smile, friendly chatting and ensured our day was going good . He was always available when we needed anything and helped us find our way and even called us a shuttle when it was raining to get us to the main lobby, dry. We highly recommend this resort and looking forward to a trip back!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing!! All of the staff are super helpful and the restaurants are delicious! I don’t think we had a single bad meal. While staying here, you have access to 3 other resorts as well as a shopping center that is a great place to go for souvenirs. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!"

"The property had a lot to offer in regards to dining and entertainment/activities. There was always someone available to help with answering questions and setting up reservations. We especially enjoyed the spa treatment on our last day. "

"My daughter and I absolutely loved our experience at Nick Cancun! Great access to the beach. Close proximity to Aqua Nick water park! And the Kids Lounge hosted fun activities.
Downsides - We had a swim up pool, but the water was too cool to swim in :-( And everything is significantly up-charged! We paid an extra $300 for the Character Breakfast. The food was terrible but seeing the character show was fun! Getting slimed was worth the up-charge of $80 :-) The food was yummy at the Good Burger restaurant. It was just okay at the Bikini Bottom Restaurant.
Overall we enjoyed the resort."
