Smelly toilet with terrible hotel staffs.

Pros: The Chef at the hotel lobby (restaurant) ; wearing white robe is my best bet throughout my trip. He volunteered guides on shopping streets etc..
Cons: The knowledge of the hotel service manager
Location: Hidden location at Jiao Guo Lu (mandarin translation) Shop @ Xibei Fashion Mall & Jian An Lu Biggest supermarket - Ren Ren Le
Was not greeted nicely upon check-in and check-outs ; when i ask the service manager for shopping guides & things to do nearby, he replied with "I don't know". Even after i suggested him to BAIDU (google) about such, he remained nonchalent

Hotel Overall

Pros: The rooms are very nice and big
Cons: Improve communication via the website, bilingual staff-none, laundry service-none, safe deposit box-none
Location: Location is great but hard to find at first.
They do not have bilingual staff and I could not find anyone who spoke English. It was very frustrating at check in. I had a hard time looking for the Hotel to begin with. Luckily some locals helped me with their GPS. Even when i was in front of the hotel I was looking for the hotel name in English but nothing until some locals helped me out again. My only way of communicating with the staff was via the translation apps. There was no safety box in the room nor the lobby. No laundry service. I took a walk to another hotel to look for English speaking staff to help me book the Terracotta warrior trip. The front desk staff did their best to communicate and I am very grateful for all their efforts. On my second night when I came back from my trotting, the room was well serviced except there was no toilet paper. the 7/11 shop was just nearby so i had to buy my own. It was too embarassing to ask.

First off, the hotel address is not accurate. It is very important to find the right address BEFORE arriving there. It took me about 25 min to figure it out at 1 am when my wife and I arrived in Xi'an. The hotel is ok if you just need a place to crash.

Pros: The price is the key point
Cons: The bath towel is very old and should be replaced with the new one.
The second time I stayed here. It's cheap. Besides, it is very convenient to ZhongLou and other places of interests.

Hotel supply Morning meal coupon just one and it is for one person. Even though Booking is included. I claim it at fornt. But no meaning. They are robot. They daid Buy coupon one more. Morning meal no meaning and they are trick for customer

Good location

Pros: Location,location!
Cons: Conditions in the room.
Location: Bell Tower, Drum Tower and the old city wall which is not really not worth going up there!
Looks good exterior but poor in interior! Main light and table lamp out of order. Bathroom forever wet and the toilet doesn't flush properly unless you know how. Tower etc seem to be not dried properly! The main problem is that the chinese name of the hotel is not shown which will end up no body will find it.
