Extremely Poor Customer Service

I spent a few nights at this hotel in September, 2010. The first night the power in my room went out in the middle of the night. This was a problem with my hotel room, not a general problem in the hotel or area. As a result I overslept. The carpeting and upholstery were worn, and though vacuumed, were soiled with ground-in dirt. My complaints to the non-Chinese, English speaking guest services guy were all ignored. When I spoke to him directly, he said he was too busy to deal with me. I don't recommend this hotel. There are many other better hotels in Xian to choose from.

サービスも謝罪も知らない

市内の劇場の予約を頼んだがされていず、謝罪も中途半端で言い訳ばかり。ドタバタの末劇場に行くことができたが、気分を害した後に何が楽しかろう。中国のホテルは外観の立派さを誇るホテルが主流でサービスを売れるホテルが皆無。日本のビジネスホテルの方が中国の五つ星以上かもしれない。判っていることだが、改めて程度の低いサービスの犠牲者になって「不運を嘆く」。
