Nice hotel - taxi ride away from most sites.

Pros: Pool, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff
Cons: FOOD SERVICE and check-in (30 minutes when you are next in line with four staff at the desk not doing anything - really?)
Location: Not much in walking distance unless you want a long walk then you can manage the wall. Staff is very helpful in arranging taxis
If you are going to cater to a western cliental, please fix your kitchen issues! Waiting over 30 minutes for a lunch salad, ordering from the dinner menu and being served a less than palatable variation of the dish, waiting for room-service breakfast orders only to find out they are still hanging on your door from the night before, waiting for an express breakfast longer than the time stated - these are really unacceptable from a Sheraton. I felt sorry for the wait staff as they are between the kitchen and the client - please fix this and you will have a great place to stay!

Only complaint was the window did not close properly, there were constant diesel fumes!

Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast buffet. We had an issue with our reservation at check-in but the hotel staff worked it all out.

Great location, very clean.

Had abit of a problem with getting a taxi to the hotel. There are two Sheratons in town and the confirmation page did not have the name in Chinese. Driver took us to the other Sheraton and they instructed him where to go. Added time and expense to our trip. Once we were there, the hotel was great. Very clean. Front desk helped us arrange tours and taxis. They had maps to give advice about what to do. Good atmosphere.

The staff went all out for our Christmas stay. The Christmas Carols in the lobby was special.

Too noise

I stayed there for 3 nights, only one night was quiet because no one was in next door. I can hear the conversation from the next door and corridor. They need improve the facilities and make room more private and quiet.
