No room upon arrival

Due to some "system failure" between Hotels.com and Ibis Xiasha there was no room available when we arrived, of course I have made the booking correct and paid online etc. Since the hotel was full we couldn't stay there and the staff was very helpful with finding a new hotel, arranged transport and paid all extra expenses. The map on Hotels.com didn't match the position of the hotel and therefor we had big trouble just to find the hotel. If you make a reservation, make sure to have your room confirmed from the hotel and not only Hotels.com.

Satisfactory option

We arrived late and the hotel is some distance from the airport. However the rate is reasonable and Ibis standard as expected. Bed firm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and booked a taxi for early morning departure. There is free internet access on computers in the lobby which is a bonus. Just overnight stay so hard to give an accurate assessment.
