Subway station about 7 mins walk away

the room is very run down especially the bath room, the smell from the pipe was very bad. Bath room has lot of stain and do not clean properly. Condition is very bad.

Minzu Beijing Hotel to be avoided at any cost

Absolutely appalling, the room was dingy and had mold on one wall, the washbasin drain did not work, the double glazed window could not be closed properly and as this was on the main road to Tiananmen Square the traffic noise was terrible. The heating was too high and could not be controlled. The carpets looked like they had been down for a number of years past their sell by date. Checkout took over twenty minutes with the desk clerk looking at his monitor for at least ten minutes. The reviews this hotel had saying it was good could only have been posted by the management. I have never posted a review before with over thirty years of travel but this was really beyond my high tolerance level. When compliant to front desk they sent a maintenance man who could only apologize and say it was a very old hotel.

Really bad experience.I couldn't even take a shower with the broken nozzle.And I found somebody else's sock under the table...

2011/7/18から1週間、滞在しました。立地は抜群で、西単駅と復興門駅の間にあり、どちらに行っても5-7分以内という感じです。 1Fのロビーがとても豪華で、ホテルがリニューアルしてから1,2年ぐらい経ったと友人から聞いたことがあります。但し、部屋にある階の廊下の内装はまだ若干古いような印象です。 部屋自体はとてもきれいで、清潔だと思います。ベッドもちょうどいい硬さで、寝具類もきもちいいです。毎日ゆっくり休むことができました。 我々が泊まった部屋はエグゼクティブルームで、9Fでチェックインしますが、ホテル到着した当初、それがまったく知らなかった。(1Fの通常チェックインカウンターで教えてもらいましたが・・・) ホテルのサービスについては、概ね満足しています。スタッフの方々もとても親切に感じております。英語が通じるスタッフがたくさんいましたが、日本語が通じるスタッフがいるかどうかわかりませんでした。しかし、みんな親切なので、日本語が通じなくても、なんとかなるだろうと思われます。 ホテルのサービスについて1点だけ不思議に思ったことがあります。1Fロビーから9Fチェックインカウンターまで、荷物を運んでくれる方がいませんでした。別の日、1Fロビーで友人と待ち合わせした時に、荷物を運ぶスタッフさん(台車を押している)を見かけることがありますが・・・ 朝食はバイキング形式であって、普通においしいです。但し、毎日のメニューがほぼ同じなので、少し長めの滞在者にとっては、飽きることもあります。 総じて、おすすめできるホテルだと思います。

Eccellente hotel, ottima posizione, completamente rinnovato da poco. Camere spaziose e molto pulite.
