"The bathroom need to be updated, was an emergency for my sister and was almost impossible to get a bottle of water to her room, after half an hour or more she got it and was charge for the disposal cup."

"This was a beautiful hotel tucked away in the heart of Xilitla it was very convenient because the Edward James Garden was walkable just down the road. The check-in process was very easy and the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and the restaurant at the property had wonderful staff and food. "

"Great location- only 1 blick from the center square, friendly staff, rooms are large and clean. The pool looked great, and the patio with the jalapa has a beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend!"
