Hotel Room too small. Can't sleep well because of the bed cushion.

Great location with really helpful staff

We (a group of 3 friends) stayed for 4 nights and for the first two nights we were placed in a room with a pillar right in the middle of the room which makes it really difficult to move around. However, we noticed the next door room checking out and it did not have the pillar We requested for a room transfer which the staff happily obliged Staff were really friendly and helpful, location is really good. Will definitely be back.

Room was super small for 3 pax. There was a pillar in the middle of the room. Room was dirty with breadcumbs on the carpet. The cleaner did not vaccum the room too: The ventilation in room was bad and stale air..constantly can smell smoke although room as non smoking room. Super lousy stay if u have kids and eldery staying with yoi

Good pick to stay in this hotel

We stay here for 5 nights. Very convenience to move around Taipei The room is big enough for 5 of us. There is no service for extra bed but when joining the 2 beds together it's alright for us. Room is clean. Breakfast overall OK. It will be better to include eggs and sausages.

Nice hotel close to ximending night market

The room is comfortable and we can have breakfast at level 12 which is the highest and the morning breakfast is not bad too. My wife and my kids enjoy our stay there.

Poor bedding

The 24 hrs free coffee, drinks and toast were great for family. The Bed were too soft that gave us poor quality of rest. It was so bad that that on some occasions, during the night, one could feel ourselves sliding off the beds.

Unfriendly staff in 3 rd floor.

We arrived June 2 around 11 p. m . We stayed in 3 rd floor and the staff from from the front desk is too busy in the computer when we arrived, very unwelcoming and very unfriendly, not so accommodating with my question. She should learn on how to be polite with people since she is in the front desk.

a very pleasant stay.. staff are helpful and friendly.. only downside was e sound proofing ain't that great, especially when e person staying next door ain't considerate at all.. else's everythings was great, with lots of free drink options and also washer and dryer all free to use, 24/7 throughout e days and nights..
