No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It's perfect for sleeping, could use better ventilation. AC turns off when you leave the room. After 4 nights it starts to smell. Location is OK.
